Love 3fatcats furniture. Always made extremely well. My cat has had a few not because they’ve worn out but because they’re so well made and beautiful to look at. Kim the owner & co-creator along with hubby are always happy to help with anything at all! I’ll be sad when they finally retire.🌹🐈‍⬛🖤

It does work however, if you don’t turn it halfway through, it only appears to crisp on one side.

I’ve only slept on the mattress for 2 nights so it’s early days. It’s rather bigger than it looks online. Wasn’t too happy with courier as they didn’t know I had paid for it to be placed in my bedroom and it would have been nice to have the mattress pulled out of the box for me as I wasn’t physically able to do it myself. I will update how I get on with the mattress soon.

This is the third piece of scratch furniture I have purchased. Luna has loved each one. This one and her last one in equal measure.
They’re made so well that she still has a lot of life left in her older one but wanted to get her a newer one. Top marks from Luna! 🖤🌹🐈‍⬛

Being a sufferer of Fibromyalgia the topper has helped with the pains I usually suffer with so I’m very pleased I purchased a mattress topper.

Items came quickly. Luna loves her little bowl which I bought for her to drink water from but she wouldn’t so happy to eat from instead.

Really supportive (excuse the pun) with my issues with my order. Very friendly and quick in responding to me. 🌹

Postage and refunds were fine. First time took a couple of weeks though. I’m not sure who is using these products but they made my skin bright red, sore and dry (both body and face). I’m sure these comments on social media are faked or less than positive reviews are deleted as I can’t be the only one with negative experiences with their products?

I bought refills for my Pipe Pal to discover it wouldn’t fit so contacted customer services who kindly sent me a new handle to fit the newer refills. When on first use, the velcro attachment fell off inside the bath drain. Contacted again and they were very apologetic however, I feel they need to ensure their merchandise is fit for purpose as it’s a little off putting purchasing anything else without knowing if it will be faulty or otherwise.

It would be nice to be able to realign or readjust the photos in the album as some are cut off when the originals are not. The other thing is it doesn’t tell you how to move one photo from one page to another. I found that out by chance. Otherwise it’s a great way to get photos printed.

Luna loves her new Sofa and started making good use of it straight away. It’s so well made and solid that I know it will last for a very long time. Happy cat! 🖤🐈‍⬛

Absolutely AMAZING product and next day delivery. My Luna was curious from the unboxing to the reveal and investigated the Golden Orchid Lounger and has claimed it as hers (nevermind Milo) and hasn’t left it since.🖤🐈‍⬛

It’s a lovely book and the process was very quick including delivery. Would have loved to have the pictures in a gloss finish as an option and the pictures were one to a page.

Item delivered quickly. I have only managed to hire someone to put together. It isn’t as solid as my last cabinet but is lovely to look at. Also the drawer doesn’t seem to fit properly on one side along the runner?
