Today I have been in contact with Ford UK regarding a bodywork issue with my 7 year Old Ford Mustang.
It’s going rusty people. Yes just like days gone by with Escorts Orion’s Cortina’s and Capris.
It has a 12 year old”perforation “ i.e RUST Warranty on the vehicle. Great. Oh no people. As per usual it means absolutely nothing. According to Fords the vehicle is now outside any warranty although I have documentation that clearly shows I’m covered. People consider this if purchasing a new Ford. I thought those days had gone. Bloody Disgusting!!!

I have been with Freemans about 15 years and spent a considerable amount of money in that time never missing a payment date or be in arrears . So my account lapsed and I had to renew my account details.
To my absolute horror they have refused me a credit account. This is shocking and upsetting bearing in mind my previous credibility. So it’s your loss Freemans. You have lost a very valuable customer in these days of reduced spending. !!!!

H02VJA0007687721 Supposedly delivered on a second attempt but no proof issued and I'm ultimately left to walk the streets yet again in search of my items. I'm totally sick and tired of this company. If this is your choice of courier then I recommend you don't use them. I will not make any further purchases online if this this is the chosen company for delivery. Spread the word people. !!!!!

Why is Yodel such a Crap delivery company. The drivers don't even be able to read. I'm sick and tired of having to search my local area to find my goods. That's even if they're there at all. I absolutely dread notifications stating Yodel will be the delivery company.
I cannot add any further details on my account stating where I am and photos of my property including tel numbers. Why ????? What's the use ? No one reads it. Bleeding useless !!!!!

It never arrives at my address and off I go searching doorsteps.
My address is quite clear with further instructions to follow and still it fails to arrive. I ask can they actually read and write ???? Maybe not.

So I read the reviews on Make up UK and some of the reviews said to be careful and a Scam.
Well I can tell you from my own experience it's NOT A SCAM. !!!!!!
Fantastic selection of genuine products at very competitive prices. Communication was Brilliant informing of despatch and delivery times.

Had 4 Pirelli tyres fitted on the 16th May. Front N/s is constantly loosing pressure and the tyre sensors are no longer working.
Been back on 2 occasions. First time they reset the sensor and said the tyre was fine. Second time walked the streets for 4 hours while I was under the impression that it would be looked at. To my surprise the car hadn't even moved. Been again today and the Customer service by "John"was atrocious patronising and intimidating. Not willing to compromise in any way to get my vehicle in next week or any other available slot he just asked " what do you want priority " no I replied just to investigate the issue as I had previously paid for. .Not to wait another 4 hours to see if I can be fitted in.
Beware Guys the customer service is terrible. Suggest a sleeping bag and food supplies and cancel the milk n papers You will be there a long time 😡😡😡.

Parcel arrived on time. Great delivery updates beforehand made the whole transaction very easy. Thanks to the delivery Guys as well.

Always use this company. Great selection and good prices. Here within a day or two.

So here we go again. This company continues to avoid paying your claim. They use every loophole and grey area in the book to avoid payment.

First time I've ever had any wheels on a car refurbished. Near side had kerb damage as most cars do especially with low profile tyres. Looked around at quite a few companies but decided on Aylesbury Wheel Specialist. Based in Haddenham it's a new development just outside the town. It was a warm welcome and every stage of the work to be done was fully explained. Unlike Chips Away the wheel and tyre is removed stripped then powder coated to a very high spec finish.
Lots of colours to choose from so add that sparkle and value to your car and give them a visit. 10/10. 👍

This company is a total scam. They make up there own wording and without a real knowledge of repairs they decline when the work needs to be done even if it is backed by an authorised garage assessment following an inspection.
Watch out Guys for "Wear and Tear" because to them everything is wear and tear and guess what ........ oh it's not covered. Now you may if your lucky get a goodwill gesture. Not the full amount of the repair but a pat on the back and then go away. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR VEHICLE WARRANTY. SCAM ALERT. !!!!!!!!!

I have the Salamander CT50 xtra and it wouldn't switch off. Outside of the warranty I called customer service and spoke with a lovely advisor Debbie Evans. She ran me through the trouble shooting and emailed an exploded view of the inner parts of the pump.It ws a stuck flow valve. Problem cleared and it's up and running again. Thanks Debbie a very satisfied customer 😊.

I simply visited the Web site and very easily chose the products needed. Items in stock were arranged for click and collect at my chosen branch due to recent events.
This was really appreciated as most other Builders Merchants remained closed. A big thank you.
Other items were delivered to my home by Parcelforce. A very easy and pleasant transaction overall.
