Returns Procedure Sucks!
I bought a Nexus Pro, it felt cheap and I was not impressed with its functionality. I did not want to keep it so followed their returns procedure and sent it back...to China! It has been stuck in Customs for more than 1 month and no-one is responding to my emails! I cannot recommend this company

Very satisfied customer since 1993
I've been a First Direct Customer since 1993 and have never had any issues (hardly any) that could not be resolved almost immediately. Telephone banking was, and still is, great and then moving to online has just got better and better. I've never been tempted to move elsewhere, even when monetary incentives have been offered!
