i have used this company for many years now, through my own fault i did not tick the box in PayPal for the free delivery when i phoned to say i had been charged the customer service advisor could not have been more helpful i was issued with a refund straight away there products are probably the best on the market i would recommend them

poor experience with yodel

there tracker showed we were the next drop when i looked again it asked if my address was correct as the driver was at the top of my road i assume he could have found us, as it was we had to arrange a new delivery when it was delivered there was no knock on the door it was just left on the doorstep

Terrible customer service from this…

Terrible customer service from this company, my case was damaged at Heathrow and this company sent me out a replacement, on inspection, I found that the inner lining had been put in back to front which meant the zip was on the inside of the lining I then phoned the company and they asked me to send a photo which I duly did, my next contact with them was an email telling me all their cases were made this way and they would not be sending out a replacement, I then asked if they had ever bought a pair of trousers with the zip sewn inside out how they would zip them up after that no more contact in the end I gave up which is probably what they wanted
