Great company really nice stickers for the business

I have used this company for the past two years. It was smooth sailing for the first year however something must have changed as now the past 4 months I’ve requested my medication through them they have either withheld it, sent it to the wrong address and sent it to the wrong pharmacy. There phone line doesn’t work therefor I can’t speak to anyone. There app communication is extremely slow and I’ve not managed to solve any issues I’ve had with them and ended having to order it through the doctors which defeats the object of the app altogether. My life depends on this medication and I’ve been left with only a few tablets on various occasions with no way of contacting them.

Will definitely be using again. Products were cheapest I could find. Great quality stuff. Can’t go wrong.

Two stars literally for the kitchen itself as it’s a nice kitchen however it took blood sweat and tears to get it here and it’s still wrong. I think it totally depends on your ‘designer’ - unfortunately ours was absolutely useless. From not being able to get hold of him at all to then him taking off items in the kitchen specifically when we asked him to include them. We were totally bewildered by that. Luckily we had a fantastic kitchen fitter (nothing to do with Wren as they were charging £4000 for that!!) that helped us right a few wrongs. I emailed our ‘designer’ and the Cribbs Causeway manager explaining the issues I had with the kitchen and they both didn’t even bother responding! Not sure where to go from here. A friend ironically warned us about them and we stupidly didn’t listen. Please don’t make the same mistake we did. Far more professional companies out there. Such a shame.

Overall a positive experience. Had a few teething issues with the salesman telling us we could have a timber door only to find out from the surveyor we couldn’t by then we had paid deposits etc. However happy with the doors they did supply.
