We found this product by accident after a power cut at our usual pet store, and they sent us to another store. It has worked where other supplements failed, and has resulted in a incredible change in our dog, giving her a second lease of life. This is her second year of taking it.

Very speedy delivery, good communication and a product that works

Although I did initially contact Henderson to check to see if they matched some existing hinges on a historic building I didn't get a reply. I ordered what I thought they were and sure enough were an exact match. Very easy process. They didn't initially arrive when stated but a phonecall expedited that and they arrive promptly thereafter. We live in difficult times so I believe that some tolerance is necessary.

Good quick service, placed two orders a day apart with Fat Face and Habitat, and both arrived on the same delivery! Something that Amazon seem incapable of, with my last order being 4 deliveries from various white vans. Good tracking system too.
