A Roof repair which received quick and effective action.

Quick action from them, efficient service and kept their eye on the ball all the time. Work proceeded quickly and effectively. Gemma was excellent and kept us updated all the time.

I had a problem finding this cooker…

I had a problem finding this cooker hood filter and engaged with Espares and they were so helpful and identified the part which was not on the normal parts list. Came well packaged and on time. Good service overall.

Was not happy that we were billed an…

Was not happy that we were billed an account for something we had already cancelled and it took an awful lot of time and effort to get this bill annulled. The problem these days you can't get contact with someone to explain the situation and sadly every time you get a reply its from a different person so crossed lines occur, this is happening all over industry and needs urgent attention. So frustrating it takes months to sort a simple issue out.
