Another example of suspension without reason or proof

Similar to what Peter Dixon reported on the 11th July, my account has been suspended for an apparent breach of their rules.
I have been a member for over 20 years with no issues whatsoever.
I disputed their accusations and demanded proof of the irregularities I supposedly had committed to validate their claims, but surprise surprise, nothing was forthcoming.
They also deemed it fitting to retain my points which I estimated amount to over £80 at time of suspension.
I strongly recommend that should you want to join/remain with this company that you cash your points in on a regular basis to avoid being ripped off like I have been.

Could not care less attitude

I have been with Valued Opinions for over twenty years and their customer service and reward offers have reached an all time low. As an example, they prompt you to complete a 5min survey for 20p but once into the survey you are informed it will take 20mins! To add insult to injury if you complete the survey it will tell you at the end it is closed/not a good fit or some other reason to justify non payment!I

They have now, without reason or justification suspended my account. I have asked for clarification as to why, but the response is due to 'Client Confidentially' they are unable to say why! I fail to see that if they show me an example of the question asked and the alleged spurious answer I have given could breach this relationship as it would be so generic that the relevant company would be unidentifiable.

Conveniently too they retain whatever funds that you have accrued with them!

In closing this feedback, I say if you are so desperate to earn (an unguaranteed) 60p an hour with the added risk of being suspended for no genuine reason and loosing accumulated earnings, then this is the company for you, my advice is to stay well clear, or cash out now and take you business elsewhere to where is will truly be valued.

Customer Service Second to EVERYONE!!!!

Never met such a bunch of jobsworths in my life in the Berwick upon Tweed branch of this company!!

Having spent over £400 with them less that three weeks ago on a Laptop, Office and a laptop bag/mouse combo, we had to return with the bag today as the workmanship was so poor that the inner lining totally came away at the seam.

Barely 3 weeks old and the furthest the bag had travelled was from the dining room to the sitting room - 10 feet!

Armed with the receipt we went to the store with the faulty bag for replacement only to be told they couldn't do this as they needed the mouse as well!

I could understand wanting the full package returned if we wanted a refund, but only the bag was at fault, so why couldn't they just slip the mouse off one of the bags in store and give us the bag?

We were greeted with looks of total bewilderment from the staff - could the solution to the problem really be this simple? Well no, as Company policy states that the full package has to be returned.

So PC World - stuff Customer Service; stuff Customer Satisfaction, we now face another 14 mile round trip to get this matter resolved, but this time it will be for a refund, not replacement as we no longer want to deal with a company that places customer service and satisfaction so low down their pecking list of priorities
