Not Fantastic
We used (not) Fantastic Services for pest control.
They claimed a 96% success rate. The guy came round 3 times and failed to solve the issue. I called (not) Fantastic Services to explain the issue never went away and was amazed to be told that the issue had been solved and it must have come back. At no point was the issue solved.
This must be how they achieve a 96% 'success' rate - they simply state an issue has been solved when it has not. The statistic is false, fraudulent even. Then terrible service and no apology, nor effort to rectify the issue.
In the end we paid for the Council to come round - their staff were more thorough and had better tools. They solved the issue at half the cost (not) Fantastic Services charged and were pleasant to deal with.
It's a shame as we have a continuous stream of jobs around our house - cleaning, gardening, various works to name a few - which we could have used (not) Fantastic Service for if their service had lived up to its name.
