The last couple of times our local Evri courier Kieran delivered our parcels, we had to pop out in the timeslot so left a message stuck to the door for him. The first parcel yesterday he was able to post through our letterbox and the 2nd delivered today, he left as requested, in our safe place. We were grateful that he followed our instructions and attached our note to the parcels so passersby didn’t see the note. Thank you Kieran for delivering our parcels on time and following our instructions 🤗

Efficient delivery and quality packaging. Unfortunately the perfume I chose, based on other customers’ recommendations and social media ads, wasn’t to my liking having tried the sample myself. I therefore used the 30 day returns / refund process and was supported by Yaseen who was very supportive and helpful. I now look forward to my full refund. Based on the service I have received so far, I will certainly consider purchasing from this company again but will seek their guidance and purchase samples before buying a larger bottle of perfume.
