Been ordering from this company for a few years, never had an issue until recently. Ordered the 1kg BOGOF box but only received 800g worth of treats. Emailed with pictures and felt like I was being accused of lying. Asked me to return the box at my expense and I would receive another. Why not just send me a 1.2kg box? It was your error so why am I out of pocket?

Really enjoyed this when we started using it, but gradually the quality of the meat has worsened. Sometimes there are missing items but hello fresh refund generously, and sometimes there are missing recipes which is annoying. All in all it’s good, saves worrying about what to have for tea!

It’s so disappointing to hear this and we apologise. The purpose of HelloFresh is to deliver tasty recipes and high quality, pre-portioned ingredients to your door. We're currently working on streamlining our packing process and we're committed to reducing the number of packing errors we experience.
