Hi,
I had notification at 6pm on Monday 12th that the 2 items would be delivered between 8.04 and 10.12am on the following day Tuesday 13th.
In order to ensure there was no,issues, I decided to work from home today.
Needless, to say I was surprised to receive a e-mail informing me that the goods were delivered at 12.30ish and signed for by John. ? My name is Roger.
I tried to contact you by phone, e-mail and text box, but to no avail.
So at sometime after 6.30pm, when I went out to do the watering I find the 2 items on our rear patio. They we definitely not their earlier. Nobody made contact, rung the doorbell or made themselves known to us.
Obviously, we are pleased to receive the items, but pleased be informed we are reporting the dreadful experience to Purple Leaf for comment.
