We had three windows and a front door replaced in May 2021.
We had to have the installers back to all of the windows as after a few weeks it was very hard to open the windows. These problems were eventually sorted out. But this was only after many calls with promised call backs that never happened. I had to do all of the chasing up and get the distinct feeling that if I hadn’t the windows would still be sticking.
Then late last summer the door started to stick in warm weather . Again several calls and many installer visits later it was still sticking.
Finally in February 22 had an independent survey and was eventually told that they have experienced similar problems with other doors and they are not sure if it is an installation or a manufacturing problem.
I am still waiting on an update and resolution for this. I have called them many times and promised an update but never get a call back.
I can understand that things can go wrong, but when they do then I expect to be kept informed of what is happening. But their customer service is absolutely appalling.
So If you want to take the risk with this cowboy outfit, and your installation is completely problem free then go ahead. But if you have problems then be prepared to be very frustrated and spend a lot of your time chasing them up waiting for the update call backs that never happen.
They also promise a 20 year guarantee. I cannot be sure but I’m fairly certain that during the sales pitch I was told this was with an independent insurer. But this is not the case. It is with the company. So it really isn’t worth the paper it isn’t written on. If the company goes so does the ‘guarantee’.
In short, mediocre installation backed up by truly appalling customer support.

The initial correspondence went well. I sent my device and received a confirmation email on he 17/1/17. I also received an email stating that testing had shown my battery to be below par and that I could get it changed. I declined and then received a discounted offer, and was told that if the battery was subsequently replaced this would also mean a new screen. I suspect that this is not the case, but more tech savvy reader may know otherwise.
On the 18/1/17 I was told that my device was awaiting parts and would be repaired in 10-15 days. I found this a little strange in that a company who specialises in screen repair did not have a screen in stock.
After the 15 working days were up I contacted the company and was told that they couldn't unfortunately tell me when my device would be ready, but that it was in a queue to be repaired. I replied and detailed that under consumer protection law they had not fulfilled an obligation to carry out the repair in a timely manner and that I wanted to cancel the order with a full refund and device returned.
The following day I got a confirmation email saying my device was ready and would be returned within a day or two.
I got my iPad back by Royal Mail signed for delivery. Despite the company recommended Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day as the preferred method to send a device to them; they obviously don't see it necessary to incur the extra cost and care when returning a device.
The one star I give here is for the workmanship. The replacement screen has been fitted well and the device is working well.
If you are prepared to be without your device for 5 weeks than this company maybe ok for you, but otherwise avoid at all costs!
