The courier who delivers on week days and Saturdays is great but yet again Its Sunday delivery and the expected delivery hasntt arrived.

Still mussing a parcel from 2 weeks ago too

Had 3 parcels delivered on same day which is good to be able to do by moving date of delivery.
Only thing better would have been for the delivery driver to check i opened the door to receive the parcels after he knocked

Everything was great except the delivery which if i had left my order to my trip could have caused a problem although this time it didnt.
Not sure where the fault lays Royal mail blaming currency company and vice versa
Its just a shame and also to pay specisl delivery next day when it took 2

Very challenging to begin with so many difficult things to sort out as the system kept freezing etc
The person helping on live chat was able to gradually help me but it took nearly an hour in total
