I always rent a manual Clio as it's the perfect car for my needs. A week before pick up, I get a call to say the manual Clio is not available, so I'll get a manual 5-door Citroen C4. On pick up, no hatchback C4 but a 4-door Corolla sedan, which I would've refused if informed beforehand. Not a great start...

The positive: As always, easy booking process, helpful customer service when needed, great price and car in great condition.

The negative: pick up and drop off at "head office" not convenient, the Corolla sedan instead of the hatchback I was promised

Setting up the order was easy enough, but only told after the second attempt to get parcel collected that the courier cannot collect at airport as "he has to stay within 50 meters from his vehicle". How preposterous is that?

I was sent a bouquet of flowers by a friend through Bloom and Wild, and to be honest I've never before seen such a sad wilted collection of mail order stems!

Whilst I don't really like the concept of a 'self-assembly' bouquet-in-a-flat-box, I think the quality of the flowers was appalling, with limp and broken leaves that are unlikely to last for more than 2 or 3 days. The colours of the "Charlie" bouquet on the website are cheerful and vibrant, but my received version was dull and unappealing. I personally wouldn't spend £20 on this😟
