Brilliant savings on a variety of events.

Been using ShowFilmFirst for many years, when it was primarily for cinema pre-releases. Since then, it's expanded and covers many things including theatre shows, concert tickets, exhibitions, and fairs. All at significantly reduced prices.
I've seen many interesting shows, bands, events and venues that I probably would never had picked had it not been for an email highlighting them and the reduced price.
If we're away in the UK somewhere, we always check to see if there's something happening as the events are UK wide.
Some of the seats (as fillers) have been in positions that were not the best but most have been in really good positions. The most recent one had a great view of the stage, 16 rows from the front, we booked it 3 days prior to the event and picked up tickets an hour before the show.
It's one of the few emails in my inbox that I actually read and look into for something new and interesting.

Really fast and excellent quality

Ordered cards for Mother's day and a birthday. They arrived so quickly that I could even take them with me on an impromptu visit. The cards themselves are really good quality, thick, glossy and vibrant printing. I love that I can personalise so much of them, even stickers where there is usually just text (e.g. the Happy Birthday in the middle). The only one criticism I have is that the "savings" that you quote after every card never take into account that you pay £10 for the membership so it's actually £10 less savings than quoted.

Good earning potential ...when used properly

Been using for many years now, unfortunately, recently they've started pushing more towards rewards for games, that I have absolutely no interest in. When I compete a survey, I feel I'm rewarded well for it (generally choosing Airmiles), but there should be better rules on being screened out of one (e.g. within 4 screens). I've done several where I've got beyond 80% (spent 20 minutes) or even more and then being told "sorry we have enough responses". It just feels like the survey owner didn't want to pay out for it.

Ongoing confidence throughout the lows as well as the highs.

Have been using Quilter Cheviot for over 7 years now. On my second Investment Manager as the first one changed roles. Handover was managed well so that I didn't feel I was just left with a complete stranger managing the funds that were designed to make my entire retired life comfortable. My new Investment Manager (around 5 years now) also made some changes to my portfolio to remove things I didn't have any confidence in and subsequent correspondence. He gives me a quarterly update, as well as me knowing I can drop him an email (or call) any time and it will be dealt with. At one time when the market slumped badly, he talked me round from my panic as to whether we should be withdrawing to minimise any further losses and assured me that "riding out the crisis" was the best thing and why. It recovered well and my confidence in Quilter has remained strong. Although the fees aren't the cheapest, they're far from some of the more expensive firms and I feel that the confidence I have in Quilter (and specifically my Investment Manager) to manage my portfolio without any input from me is worth it.

Prompt delivery and very reasonable

Arrived amazingly quickly. Ordered a few days before Xmas and arrived within 24 hours. The process of uploading documents to verify I was over 18 was very quick and easy too.
Only one downside is that the box within the packaging was open and a couple of the canisters were rattling around in the packaging. All were fine though. The price also was very reasonable even with postage. Would definitely use again.

Easy, saves time and money

Really easy to use. Definitely saved us some time and money. All online, so much easier than having to find where to get a physical pass. The only physical thing to carry around was the paper receipt from the Hop on Hop off pass. We paid extra for the travel pass too but ended up not using it, as Athens is fairly walkable and we used the Hop on Hop off bus for most of what we needed, there are 3 routes included. Worth noting that the Hop on pass is 24/48 hours from time of use so if you activate it later in the day, you can get another morning from it.
The sites are confusing in Athens are there are a few different sites within the different parts. This pass doesn't cover Hadrian's library etc. but does cover everything within the Parthenon and Acropolis area. The other key parts can be accessed for €20 (at time of writing).
Also worth noting that travel pass doesn't cover from the airport. (You can still tap on and off). Travel is quite cheap anyway and you can tap on tap off with a debit/credit card (assuming it covers abroad spend).
The Acropolis Museum (included) is worth seeing too.

Excellent quality and service

Delivery updates good, products (all breakable ceramic) were well packaged and delivered in as many pieces as they should have been. Packaging all recyclable. The products all look great and are really well made. Heavy ceramic and looks great with flowers in the vase. Much classier than a basic clear glass one. Small matching planters also heavy and will look great with herbs in on my kitchen island.

Expensive but worth it.

The cards are expensive especially when you have to add on postage, but the ability to personalised them with stickers and photos etc make them worthwhile. I pay for the plus which does make a saving if you use them a few times a year.

Changed too much, houses are unrealistic

Gave up on them after the house values consistently went up. The number of people that (try to) sell their houses shows that the model doesn't work. The houses aren't practical for most people that enter, including me so stopped buying tickets. It's a shame that they've changed to houses with tennis courts, swimming pools etc as most people would be more than happy with a million pound house (that was the original model) and they could change more people's lives. Unfortunately, I won't be adding to the charities every month, which is a shame that they're losing out.

Consistently reliable and saves me a fortune

Used to use a well known rival but got sick of having to submit missed claims. Changed to TCB a couple of years ago and never regretted it once. Regularly get bonus offers and have saved a fortune. Love the rewards wallet feature to save even more by adding on a bonus to.yoie cashback when cashing out into vouchers. I use them to buy treats for myself. They made an error a few weeks ago and honoured the mistake, which helped make me like them even more.

Excellent choice, free delivery and good prices.

Ordered some spare cups and a blade to go with my starter kit of a Magic Bullet. The set was much more reasonable than anywhere else and had free delivery. It was delivered within 3 days and not overly packaged, but enough to keep it secure during shipping. Really impressed at the choice of items, as I don't like having unnecessary items I don't use (hence why I bought the starter kit rather than the full.set)

Helpful and friendly

The staff are always friendly with at least one member wandering around the shop floor, checking if anyone needs anything. I had a query about two products which the lady answered easily and helped us make a decision.
Store (York) was well laid out with a sale section near the door instead of where most stored hide them at the back. Will visit again.

No upfront expectations of ongoing costs.

Company gives no details of requiring payment before results are given until you've wasted several minutes waiting while they do their "search".
Upon checking the reviews before going any further, I discovered that everyone that looks like a legitimate review mentions the difficulty of trying to cancel or actually getting any reasonable result. The majority of the 5 star reviews are absolutely nonsensical and they all have the same wording for the obviously generated "responses". (Edit: as proved by the response below!)

Easy shopping with perks

Easy to find what I wanted, free gift with purchase applied automatically with no need for codes. Extra card benefits similarly applied and all delivered within timescales stated. The only one criticism I'd have is the size of the box that was used for my 3 +1 free Ordinary items, huge waste of cardboard and subsequent required packing. All recycled but totally unnecessary.

A few initial issues but resolved

Edited from 1 to 4 stars after I received response and ads were reinstated after a few helpful emails from Gumtree. Have since sold a few items. Only downside is the ridiculously low offers some people send (but that's not Gumtrees fault).
Original post below:
Only gave one star as zero wasn't an option. Used a few years ago and had no problems, and would actually have recommended them, however it seems to be now literally a waste of time. I spent a couple of hours taking photos and posting items. One item went on fine yesterday, received confirmation and had several views logged. Went on to post more today, all of which were fine and received confirmation of posting emails for all except one that seemed to be on stuck on 'processing' so after a couple of hours decided to repost it in case there was an issue. Every single one of my 6 current posts have "ad has been removed". No explanation, no message. Looked on the help section (which is no help whatsoever) and it states that an email would explain the issue. It states you can repost at any time so tried one, it was removed immediately.
If there's an issue with my profile, then let me know. Don't just let people wonder what the problem is and spend ages trying to get in touch with you (and definitely don't set expectations about sending out communications when you have no intentions of doing so).

Consistently good quality and reliable.

Been using York Emporium for a few years, ordering freshly roasted beans every few weeks. Love the rebrand, especially as the packaging is now fully recyclable. Coffee is reasonably priced with a good selection and all the staff I've dealt with are all friendly and helpful. The only one criticism I have about the rebrand is that you can't see coffees in price order. Not an issue, just unusual and sometimes I just want something cheap(ish) when I have family around that don't appreciate the good stuff! It means I have to go into each product to see the price.

Customer service excellent

Customer service excellent. I bought a voucher for a Warner Bros Studios tour in LA. Unfortunately, there was no availability (booked at very short notice) on the days we were there so cancelled. Emailed the Virgin Experience team stating the problem and was refunded the following day along with a confirmation email. Would definitely use again. All previous experiences have been booked and used without problems.
