Definitely 5 stars from me.

Just returned from Porugal after a 4 week holiday. Booked a car with Avis after some problems with Sixt, bit unsure what to expect as never used Avis, but pleasantly surprised, arrived at the counter and met a lady who spoke good English showed her my booking, she was a bit perplexed on what the £50 deposit fee was, but we went ahead, she was really helpful. Got a Renault Captur to drive which was great to drive. Drove just under 2000 km, came to hand the car back, no queues, simple handover no stress. So Thank you again Indigo, you sorted out another hire plan, this time problem free, will definitely use Avis next time. Always reliable, always a great service. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Very simple process

Very simple process, something I have been meaning to sort out for over a year, I could have done it sooner if I had known. Was informed every step of the way re my collection, driver and his mate turned up, picked up fridge freezer, gone in under 30 seconds. £30 well spent, thanks AO.

After seeing a lot of promo on Facebook…

After seeing a lot of promo on Facebook I had mixed feelings, I thought the stuff I was already using wasn't bad, but not completely happy with it, so was wary to purchase as I had my reservations. So I went ahead and ordered, bit of a problem with postage costs which was easily sortage, so order went in, and I waited, but not for long, thought here goes, I bought it might as well give it a go and wow, no need for sceptism it really worked, non of that horrible residue with my old cream. So the choice has been made easier for me, this will be y go eye cream from now on, thanks to the bunny I am well happy.

They stole my money

Bought a groupon deal for Oulton Hall Hotel afternoon tea, for our wedding anniversary. Groupon took the money and sent nothing. Tried emailing to no avail, even phoning, they just don't want to be contacted. But they still stole my money, never again will I use these.

Even when you replied and directed me to your customer support, it does not work, they want to know what order did I have problems with, but on your site the order does not exist, so basically you stole my monet, simple. But I will be going to my bank shortly to get it back from you.

Easy Peasy

No need to print label, scanned the code, box opened, placed parcel in box, close it, confirm on the screen, less than 30 seconds easy easy.

First time cruisers

First time cruisers, didn't know how to go about booking what we actually wanted, only new which boat we wanted to travel on and what deck, Emma from Hays knew exactly what we wanted and sorted the booking out with ease, very informative. This is my first time in a travel agents in over 12 years, prefer to book my own holidays. But this holiday I found a bit daunting to book, but no worries all sorted and yes I would most certainly use them again.

Never again will I use this service if you can call it that, I needed a box picked up from Crewe and delivered to Bradford, paid the insurance, got a message from them saying parcel collected and given a tracking number. Only problem being that it hadn't my father in law sent me a photo with it still in his hallway. After contacting them no explanation, but was offered to re book for tomorrow, another company did the exactly the same, they cannot be trusted.

All sorted well pleased.

Visited Vision express after making appointments for myself and my wife in Portugal, had to re schedule when we arrived in the UK due to circumstances. But we found the shop and we both had our eyes checked over and both ordered new glasses. The staff were brilliant very attentive and informative, optician himself certainly new his stuff, just waiting to pick up the new glasses, then no need to visit for another 2 years.

Wasnt sure which company to use with my…

Wasnt sure which company to use with my transfer, as there are so many offering different services with different fees etc. So i opted for Torfx, and i was really glad i did, my accounts manager was brilliant talked me through every step of the way and made the whole transaction very straightforward and any worries soon disappeared. Thank you so much. If i have any more transfers in the future i know where to come.

Fairly easy to book

Fairly easy to book, only problems I came across was it wouldn't accept my Portuguese payment card for some reason, but sorted it in the end.
Would have liked to sail from Santander, no chance as no pet friendly cabins available, Bilbao kept coming up with only available in April, even though site promises 2 sailings a day, so had to use St Malo. Tried to call on 2 numbers both unavailable. But I got booked on a ferry so I'm glad of that.
