My go to protein shake - per4m isolate. Increasingly difficult to find but T Nutrition had stock and delivered quickly. Spot on.

Committed to a treadmill, which had to be cancelled. They cancelled same day and refunded in full within 3 days. Really appreciated the quick response rather than dealing with a return process. Hope to be back with a complete purchase soon.

Daniel was proactive and communicative. The watch strap needed replacing, which he ordered and sent complete package. Due to waiting for a strap to arrive, the shipping took a little longer than expected but he kept me updated along the way.

Bought a watch at a fantastic price.
However, delivery took 2 weeks (expected next day).
I had to chase up twice and fill out a web form asking about status.
I also called several times only for the call to be hung up every single time.
Finally, when the watch arrived it did not have links removed as requested upon ordering it.
Whilst in the official box, it was then wrapped in a bubble wrapped envelope, which was duct taped. Not exactly the best presentation.
I suspect Black Friday business was the issue.

Item arrived so fast I had to duck! Good price for a down jacket. Sizing is a little off, had to swap a large for a medium and even then it had room. Ordered at 7pm and it was delivered the following morning by Royal Mail.
Returning the large order was troublesome - not Berghaus' fault. Evri didn't bother collecting. One phone call to Berghaus customer service resolved it.
High praise for a brand I've never bought from before. I'll definitely be returning.

Bought 3 Parfum De Marly - 2 testers and 1 unopened. All fantastic and packaged. They often have stock that is on clearance which, if you can get, is excellent value. But stocks don't last long. Free returns is useful.
Would be nice if they threw in some free samples with purchases.

Missing Dior range that I was looking for but it's OOS everywhere else so not surprised.
