Es gab eine unberechtigte Abbuchung bei PayPal für ein Probeabo. Da ich weder die Firma noch die Software des Probeabos kannte, habe ich wiedersprochen. Sowohl bei PayPal als auch bei Kreative Fabrica. Es mussten viele Mails geschrieben werden. Letztendlich wurden mir die 55€ zurückgezahlt. Deshalb, wegen des guten Endes zwei Sterne.

I can see that there was a Studio AI trial on the account that renewed after the 30 day trial period passed without cancellation.
