Never had an issue with this company. Easy website to use, and I love the ability to change subscriptions, delay or hasten deliveries to suit the consumption of my dog. The deliveries are tracked and on time. I would like a better choice for dogs with allergies , such as chicken. But I manage. Lots of chances to reduce costs by gaining points, which helps in this day and age. Izzy (dog) loves the food and always clears her plate. Good quality food. Absolutely trust this company.
