We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the fit.

We try our best to ensuring that our sizes are consistent across different colors. However, in the textile industry there is always a certain standard size-deviation, as it is never possible to guarantee 100% identical sizes.

Nevertheless, our deviation is very low compared to the industry average.

To ensure that our guests actually receive the products they want, we have also set up a minimum stock for exchange cases. This way we avoid items suddenly becoming unavailable when the other products are returned. If your size is no longer available for direct exchange, it may sometimes still be available in our online shop. In this case, you can order the appropriate size and simply return the other product.
