As many of you, I never received it, But, the insisted that it was delivered.

Below are my ongoing emails exchanges. I hope it helps someone who is trying to resolve their issues with this vendor.
I must admit that they are very polite and helpful in solving issues.
They responded within hours and asked to checked with my neighbors or mail room areas, etc. Zyrvia Customer Support Team offered me a 70% refund or a replacement of items. I refused and asked them to resend the order and afterwards I requested a full refund.

They provided me a new shipment order 15 days later. Once again, I never received the shipment. They offered a partial refund because they cost of shipping fees they had incurred. I demanded full refund and they agreed. I received partial a partial refund of $7.52.
