Customer Service was excellent. I was given what felt like top priority in replacing my frother. Over and above what I expected.

The customer service is horrible. Request a Return Label for refund and was told to display a picture of the product I purchased. The purchase item was much early within 30 days. The return policy indicates, no questions ask return period if the product does not satisfy their needs. However, I had informed them of the reason I was unsatisfied and asked to speak with the Manager.

They stated a Manager would call me regarding the Return Label and he never returned the call. It is now 3 days and have not heard from the Manager.

It is really nice they have lifetime warranty on some of their products. I got a coffee frother that randomly stopped working. I got a reply the day I emailed them and they sent me a replacement as well as a second free frother and they came within a few days. Highly recommend.

This company is the real deal! To my surprise, their customer service was polite, helpful, and truly outstanding. When my frother stopped working after just a couple of months, they immediately sent me a replacement—no questions asked. Great people and excellent service! I highly recommend them

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I don't often shop online but originally discovered Zulay through purchasing at Amazon. My item ( milk foamer) lasted years beyond expected but when the button wouldn't work properly, I wrote directly to Zulay and they were so personable , they sent me 2 more free of charge! They respond to my queries within moments and with my order, I received a nice note from Chloe.. Thank you Jay as well. Overall, I hope to order from them directly as their expediency and professionalism, made trust ordering online more often! Also, my order was delivered much sooner than I expected!

I purchased an Infuser water bottle and it came with the lid not popping open, you could clip shut but not pop it open would have to remove the clip. I just purchased and did not want it that way so I sent an email to the company. They immediately emailed me back and explained that there products have warranty and within the next week I had a new infuser. It was painless to deal with this company. I am impressed with how they stand behind their products and would so purchase again from them and also recommend as well. I love wonderful customer service and this was so that. I was having a problem with a milk frother I bought on Amazon a few months ago. I reached out to Zulay to see if they could assist me. After some troubleshooting, they agreed to replace the product. The replacement order arrived quickly & included a 2nd milk frother as a gift for my troubles. The new frother has been working beautifully. I appreciate the lifetime warranty. However, I misunderstood when I agreed to pay the shipping cost. I was under the impression you were sending an entire new slicer. The shipping was close to $8 and the entire slicer was less than $30. For $8 I only got the piece that had broken, which is fine, but had I known that was all I was getting, probably would've just bought a new slicer. I don't think $8 for the single piece is much of a warranty/value in hindsight.
