Terrible service! On the 27 of Aug I was told by a Zuku employee that if I pay 149.000 then a technician would be a my place the same day. After calling more than 7 times a technician finally arrived on the 15 of August. He ensured me that my subscription would start from that day. On the 27 of August they cut off my internet. I called Zuku and they told me that the best they could do was to give me a month for the price of 74.500 but with only have the speed I had before.
I fell it should be illegal to lie to customers.
Anyway, stay far away from Zuku

Worst of the worst, after paying for installation no communication is done, the sales person disappears and you have to wait for days for the technician who never arrives nor communicate. This are cons, enroll to zuku at your own risk

The worst internet service provider ever . Agent promises installation will be done ,the technician calls saying they are no routers , i feel imma about to take legal action . How can you say you offering services , request customers to pay then say there are no routers and you don't know when they'll arrive.Worst part is that when you request for the reversal they say it will take 7-14 days , are these guys really serious even the reversal they want you waiting that long. I do not recommend anyone to put their money in this company , they are the worst.

Worst mistake of my life🚮🚮. I spoke to an agent and she promised I'll get the installation as soon as possible since the technicians are around. As soon as I paid she stopped picking my calls and the customer care has been lying from morning. I called them again in the evening only to be told there are no routers and the do not know when the issue will be resolved 😭. Wish I came here first🤦🤦

Don't choose Zuku !!! I wanted to tell people how bad the company is, but I see that there are already lots of negative comments.
They came nice and smiling, made a contract with me, had me pay the fees and then the technicians came and explained that it was not possible to install the router in my apt.
Four weeks later I'm still waiting for the refund of my money !!!

Customer care picked doesn’t offer real solutions either — just scripted replies and empty promises. For the high prices they charge, the service is simply not worth it.

For me,what really put me off about the zuku internet is having to replace the router each and every single time.I have used zuku WiFi for two years and in my two-year experience with zuku, I have repaced my router twice,which made me really question their products.Also, I think they can work on their customer service.I personally called the zuku customer line for assistance, promised me that my issue would have been fixed within 24 hours and nothing was done about it .But what really brought me to the edge is when I called them when my router had a problem once more and they told me to go to their physical shop with the router (that they had fixed on the wall) and replace it with another,rather than just bringing another router and fixing it on the wall.I mean, what's customer service for?????

Worst service ever a sales agent lied to me about getting 40mbps for a certain offer and when instalation was done the mbps I received was 10mbps.. It's now been 1 week I'm trying to follow up after launching a complaint but it seems zuku do not know what customer service is nor do they care about their clients. Worst provider!!

I have been having a good experience with Zuku Kenya especially since i met this sales representative or Retention Janet Mijide Umoja 2 area i wanted to leave and stop using zuku but because of her effectiveness and efficiency, she made me stay put, she doesn't leave her job undone and any time i contact her she is always there to to act and act swiftly and effectively.

They take forever, days and days, to provide the services you pay for and their staff actually ask for extra money from customers, it's bribes really, for them to do the work that they are supposed to and that a customer has already paid for. Save your self the disappointment and headache and use a reliable, honest and ethical internet provider.
