Do not buy from this scam company

I wish I could give it no stars. I ordered 2nd December. They said there was 7 days processing time. Not a problem. Said it was on the way on 11th December. I left it a week but nothing turned up. I contacted them via email as they asked to not be contacted on social media. After no reply for 3 days, I left a comment on Instagram just asking for my email to be looked at. No reply. I then sent a message on Instagram asking them to look at the email as it was not being answered. No reply there either. Eventually I had to contest the payment with the bank and got my money back. Very disappointed as I love supporting small businesses but this business is a scam. Should be investigated for fraud

Ordered on the 7th January had no update at all, no tracking provided no email to say my order has been dispatched, sent multiple emails to two different email addresses and had no response from them at all, wouldn’t recommend at all not only do you lose money you have to waste time chasing up your order and get no response in return

Please do not trust this company

Please do not trust this company. I ordered on 25th November 2021 and haven’t received it. I have emailed four times, messaged on Instagram and even commented on here. They replied directly on Trustpilot asking for an email, which I did AGAIN and still no reply. I truly believe they are only replying on here to make it seem as if they contact their customers.

Just awful

Just awful. I ordered on the 1st December, left it over a month before chasing as I appreciated that it was Christmas period. Reached out via e-mail and Instagram and have had no response. Seriously concerned that I have been scammed.

I ordered a decent amount and never received it. They promised a refund that they have not honored. Multiple emails with no response. Poor business. Do not order from them. I ordered from them after I saw a popular tiktok creator promote their product. Huge mistake.

Ordered on the 9th of December

Ordered on the 9th of December. Emailed numerous times and on IG. No response. They say they ship from the UK, and I live in the UK. It’s been OVER 7 WEEKS!! No response and no goods.
Will be disputing with PayPal.

All bad….should’ve seen the signs

Literally the same things every negative review said is true. I’ve emailed multiple times, reached out on Instagram and no replies except for the first email they responded saying they already shipped and sent and would be delivered in 5-7 days. That was like 2 weeks ago btw. I ordered like 20 shiiii and almost $200 worth of shiiii. Basically a scam so run as far away from it as possible. I like to order from indie brands because of what they can offer and I like what I see, but this one put a bad taste in my mouth. Also, on Instagram you can def see all the fake people commenting talking about how they received their products and how good it is and when you click into their profile you can tell it’s fake or someone they know since the ratio is off (what I mean is: the people commenting good things have like maybe 200 followers and are following thousands of people) and that’s the same for all of them. So it’s honestly my regret on my part, not checking honest reviews about them before buying. Also I ordered on Dec 19th so it’s been over a month.

If you have a look at our Instagram stories we’ve got plenty of customers tagging us in their videos and pictures. Just because an Instagram account doesn’t have a lot of followers does not mean their review is fake because it does not match your experience or may not have lots of followers.

Never Received Order!

Customer service is absolutely shocking. Ordered a product on the 11th December. Didn’t receive anything, not even a shipping notification. Finally responded to my email a month later saying the can resend or issue me a refund. Requested an refund but now can’t get back in touch with them. It’s now been 3 more week. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Appears to be a scam

My experience, unfortunately, mirrors all of the negative reviews that I've read through on this site. A friend shared the tiktok that blew them up and I debated ordering them, because I don't usually do things like this. My girlfriend placed the order on December 22nd, it was 19 pans total that were ordered. She did the pick your pallet and the nudes. Their website does say that it takes about 7 days to dispatch, with the holidays and the additional attention we figured it had likely pushed them to capacity for orders. We waited a few additional days before we sent the first email.

First email they responded to and were lovely; said hey doll, your order has been sent and will be there in six days! That's super exciting. Kind of odd that it can make it through customs so fast but cool none the less. This is were things start to fall apart. We responded and asked for tracking. No response. We waited, again assuming it was the flood of orders, no response. No order. Another email. No response. Now several weeks have passed and we don't have any communication from them, we are well last the time the order should be here, by their time in the email and the estimate from the purchase, so I start looking into them on social media and reaching out. I reached out on Instagram and was ignored or comments deleted. Same for direct messages. Found an alternative email, sent another email there and that has not been responded to either. None of our communications have been rude or snarky, so they can't claim that we have been in anyway as they have in other reviews. We just wanted tracking as proof that it went out.

From what I can tell on here, the reviews they have responded to, they've been quite curt or rude to customers who really just wanted their product. I'd like to think they just blew up beyond what they could handle but the snarkiness from their customer service and the fact that I have a friend who also did not receive her order and has an identical experience makes me think the whole thing is a scam. It's really disappointing. I held out challenging the charge with PayPal because I really, really wanted them to come through! That's the sense I get from a lot of the unhappy customers. They seem to respond in a way, as if people are just after the product for free.

Our order number is ZS6137 on 12/22.

Edit: looks like they are trying to challenge my review as not legitimate. Odd given the amount of detail and the order number provided in the original review. You can tell where they are trying to counter the negative reviews and either have them pulled or place ones that aren't legit. So silly. PayPal immediately refunded me because they had no proof of shipment.

The fact that they have locked down all social media to control complaints is not something a normal business would do and should be a huge red flag to you if you are thinking about making a purchase. There are several complaints about orders going to whole wrong states or cities, and multiple people reviewing the same tracking. What that would mean is that she is sending one order out successfully, maybe even enough to get the review and then sending that information to multiple customers to make it harder to challenge with your bank and payment services.

Businesses have to register addresses and information and if they keep up at this rate, it won't take long for this to gain real traction. Keep your hard earned dollars in your pockets.

Never recieved order or refund

Wish i could give this a zero!!!

Placed an order 1st December, nothing arrived, have sent MULTIPLE emails but they just get ignored. The company seems very happy to take money but cannot provide any customer service or products!!! Still waiting for a refund nearly 2 months after I placed the order. Cant even get a reply from the email address on their site despite multiple times trying. They dont seem to care about their customers at all.

Huge regret that I placed an order as im now out of pocket!

Would not recommend this company it is a scam!!!

Also in reply to the zs reply.....you msy have proof but ive never recieved the order!!! Perhaps if you bothered to actually reply to your customers you would know this!!!

Your was sent out 1 week after you ordered. Luckily we have proof of postage for it. We will get this sent over to you via email. You will need to chase this with Royal Mail as they were the last to handle your package. The company isn't a scam.

I ordered 3 items on Dec 2nd and now…

I ordered 3 items on Dec 2nd and now it’s over a month and half later with no order delivered. I’ve emailed them several times and only once was I asked if I wanted it resent or if I wanted my money back. I want the order I paid for and I am absolutely pissed they think they can scam all of us hardworking women out of our money. I am only making $100/week right now, so every penny counts. Shame on ZS and their horrible customer service and scamming people. I never saw this coming and I am so so disappointed. Just give me my money back at this point, so I can invest it in something I will actually receive. You guys are liars!!! I don’t know how you sleep at night.

I have already emailed that address. To no avail. Stop making excuses and give me the products I have paid for!

I am not being rude, and yes, I did email you at 5:41 pm (EST) last night, so please do not tell me I did not email you. This is seriously ridiculous that YOU would excuse me of being rude and say I did not email you when I have proof.

I can assure you this isn’t a scam. We’ve had a number of issues with orders placed between 1st-3rd December.

If you could email zsofficialbeauty@outlook.com someone will look into this for you. We work extremely hard to provide great products and a great service but unfortunately due to the the business growing so fast we’ve had a number of issues which won’t happen again.

In response to your updated review you can’t have already emailed that email as it is a new email. So if you have just sent an email please be patient you will receive a reply and there’s no need to be rude!

I have still not received my order!!

I have still not received my order!!! I ordered in December. I complained at the beginning of January, they asked if I would like a refund or the item posting again. I asked for it to be posted again and still nothing. shocking customer service! They haven't even bothered replying to my last email. Oh and surprise, no contact number!

update: the company asked for more details on 31.01.22 and once again i have had no response or my items!!!

i would rate no stars if it was an option, placed an order on the 2nd December. Received email to say items have been dispatched, items never arrived. I have emailed them numerous times and never had a response.

10/10 in every aspect!

I ordered some individual glitter pans from ZS Official for a night out, I was very impressed with how efficiently and quickly my order was delivered.
The glitters are incredible with 0 fallout and super pigmented, they lasted the whole night I was out. I have tried so many other brands and none have compared to the quality of these glitters, especially with the price being so reasonable.
I will 1000% be ordering again and trying the other products that are available. Thankyou so much ZS Official for your incredible service, everything was 10/10.

I was recommended this brand by a friend and I am so in love with the products. The pressed glitters are absolutely stunning especially when you consider the price point. Will definitely be purchasing again as I’m so happy and pleased with this brand so far!

Amazing

Order some glitter palettes for my daughter for Xmas . Have been disappointed in the past from other far more expensive brands so wasn't expecting great things . These are by far the best eyeshadows I have ever purchased . The pigment is amazing . There is minimal fall out on application. The colours are so vibrant . One happy daughter and I certainly will be a returning customer .
Service was quick and seller answered a couple of my questions immediately without making me feel a nuisance .
