Dodgy to say the least
Dodgy to say the least. Placed a first time order start of May and emailed them after a week having received zero updates. Eventually was responded to with the usual line of ‘production issues etc and problem with batches’ but vague on actual dates of intended dispatch. Emailed again and was given date of 23rd May - unsurprisingly this has not happened. I’ve now read these reviews and see an all too familiar pattern. I’ve requested a refund but doubt it will materialise. Awful all round.
This company took my money, did not deliver any goods.
I have placed an order with the company on 21 April 25. The money for the order were taken from my bank account, but so far nothing was delivered to me. I received an email from the company, informing me that they were not able to deliver due to production difficulties. They offered me a refund. No refund was issued. Later in April and on 5th of May, I have written emails to ask for a refund. I have not heard from the company to this day. Do not buy products from this company. It seems that it is another scum.
Disappointing
Polish only lasted 2 days before really chipping and looking terrible. Removing it left terrible stains all over nails and hands.
Great products but don't order directly from Zoya UK
Used and loved Zoya nail polishes for years now, they are great. However, first time ordering directly from Zoya UK and it has been really bad. I received a confirmation email for my order stating they would advise when it had been sent. Nearly 10 days later and still no update. I have been trying to contact them last week via phone, email and social. Phone goes straight to voicemail and they never get back to you. Emails ignored. Eventually got a reply via Instagram DM now advising that Evri have lost my order and that it will be sent again today. I have messaged back saying this is surprising considering there have been no updates to even say it had been despatched. Regardless of what has or hasn't happened the lack of communication has been diabolical. No idea if I will ever receive the order or not. Do I recommend Zoya products? YES. Do I advise ordering directly from Zoya UK? Absolutely NOT. It was only because the Anchor Basecoat was out of stock everywhere else that I shopped with them this time. I am now wondering if the fact products are out of stock elsewhere is a warning sign. Be a shame to lose good products, but Zoya really need to get there stuff together quickly.

No response from zoya customer services so will raise dispute with credit company.
Real shame as their nail varnish is really good if you ever receive it.
Do not use zoya there are other nail polishes out there just as good.

They get ZERO stars from me! I had no choice but to give a star in order to put my review here.
I placed an order with Zoya on November 12, 2023. They show 12/13 because that's when my card was charged. I purchased a "promotional order" plus added additional non promotional items onto my order. I assumed since they have been in business for over 30 years that they would fulfill their orders within 2-3 business days like all of their competitors Orly, INLP, ETC do. Even their promotional orders. I should've read their policy beforehand. It says promotional orders may take up to 4 weeks! Why even have a promotion if you can't handle the sales volume? This isn't a car purchase. I could understand the delay there. I contacted them on day 3 inquiring on my order and this is the reply I got: Hello. Promotional orders do take longer to process as this is stated under our Terms and Conditions. An email will be sent once the tracking has been assigned and ready to ship

I am a first time customer and placed a pretty substantial order. I noticed that they run "promotions" pretty much weekly. It appears this is how they justify every order being delayed in the picking, packaging and shipping process. This is absolutely horrible service in my opinion, especially with a first time customer. I checked my credit card today, which had previously been pending the charges for this order. Suddenly the charges are no longer pending and thankfully no longer on my card. I cancelled my order. Today is a week after I placed it and still no communication from Zoya at all! Absolutely horrible company to do business with! It's no surprise they aren't accredited on the BBB. I find it extremely hard to believe that a company that has been in business for over 30 years, has such crappy service. Better yet, that they are even still in business. I will go back to their competitors and pay more money for a better product and excellent customer service. To me it's worth it. Zoya just scams their customers by running different promotions to justify their horrible shipping times and lack of customer service! Never again! I hope no one else falls victim to them.
HORRIBLE return policy!
I used their 3 free nail polish promotion, but also bought 4 nail polishes at full price on top of that. After they arrived and I tried them on, I wanted to return 3 of them. Called the company for a Return Approval number, and they said I couldn't do a return (not even store credit!) Because there was a promotion code used in the order. If this was stated anywhere, it must have been in VERY small print/ not obvious to the customer. This is a HORRIBLE policy. I will never order from them again!

Horrible shipping times. Most businesses- big and small have adapted to Covid restrictions by now. Shipping is mostly back to normal, even during sales. You expect an extra day or a two but over a month for nail polish that's located a few states over from mine is ridiculous. If you don't mind orders from overseas getting to you before these ever do, this company is a great option.
Phenomenal Nail Polish, But...
Phenomenal nail polish! Cruelty free, long lasting (amazingly long lasting), and 100's of colors. It's truly the best nail polish I've ever used.
The problem is their communication and shipping. There is no communication about your order or updates unless you contact them. They will 'text' you back, and the reply is normally (paraphrasing) 'we hope to get your order out this week'.
If you order during some sale event, good luck. It's now been 13 days and the order is still 'pending'. No contact, no update, no communication at all.
I finally commented on their Twitter feed and they blamed the delay on the sale and COVID-19. Again. They said they update their 'social media'.
They need to post, update, inform on their website when someone is ordering - and keep them updated on their order. No, this is not the first time this has happened.
My suggestion is if you can get the nail polish locally do so! If you can't, don't expect it to arrive in under 3 or 4 weeks.
