Terrible. Still no response in over a week
I have never been so disappointed in a company’s customer service. About to the point where I’m done buying zotac products. I have called their customer support number countless times and every time they say they will transfer me to someone else then say if this person doesn’t answer to email them at sales @ zotac.com I have emailed that email multiple times and have not received a single response. It has been over a week with multiple emails and multiple calls but yet still not a single answer on what I am trying to ask.
Bought a ZOTAC 3080 trinity oc
Bought a ZOTAC 3080 trinity oc. After a wile, maybe 15minutes, the fan closest the IO panel started working at full speed and never stopped since, restarted the pc and the problem would not stop. That 1 fan was always working at full speed. So i went and try to find some help in the chat assistence in zotac website. Spoke with someone from the Eurotech Team and they told me what to do, send me some pictures with all the details, answered all my questions. Did what they told me to do and voila, problem solved. What it seemed a bad experienced at first turned to a great one, good work Eurotech Team. Some white night from your team saved my day, great assistence from Eurotech Team.
No support
Not even a year after buying their Steam Machine SN970, the machine would refuse to run any current version of Linux and needed a BIOS update. I emailed them and this is what they replied to me : "There's no updates made to this old product which had EOL for years". The product had been released 14 months earlier. This company doesn't support its hardware. That computer also fried itself after 3 years. I came back home one day to find that it would not turn on. There is a spot on the computer that was very hot and it would get hot from just having the power plugged in. I never had a computer fry like this one did. AVOID.
Zotac RMA is so BAD
I bought 4 1080ti AMP Extreme last 2017 all registered to that 5 years warranty. This past few days 2 of the cards are failing and emailed Eurotech and voila they are saying they are out of warranty. I do not trust this Brand anymore. If you plan to buy one Don't.

I can honestly say this has been the best rma process I have had to do. I have been dealing with Shaun in the uk repair centre. Shaun has been fantastic I spoke with him on the Monday and posted my card off on the Tuesday. I got an email saying my card has been tested and faulty and can’t be repaired. They have sent me a replacement card and it’s been delivered all with in a 4 day turnaround. Fantastic service

they refuse to provide warranty and find some reason like temperwd stamp, don't buy the customer service is the worst.
Well its not hard to explain. they are cheap and bad
Well its not hard to explain.. Zotac , Colorful and Powercolor are very cheap brands.. and they always have issues. i bought some of those and they all have factory problems and malfunctions.. im not buying any of those brand.. are just bad.. #zotac #powercolor #colorful. they are cheap and bad..
Don't buy ZOTAC!
I purchased a newly rma'd 2080Ti from eBay back in March and it started artifacting and crashing a few months later. I contacted zotac and they said the warranty only applies to the original purchaser which is outrageous because most manufacturers, like gigabyte, msi and evga all offer transferable warranties. I even offered to pay for their RMA service but they still refused to service the card and they also voided my warranty after realizing that I'm not the original purchaser. I lost more than $1200 because of zotac's atrocious policies. I'll be sure to never buy zotac gpus again in the future and prevent anyone I can persuade to not buy from this brand. I should've spent more money on a EVGA card instead of cheaping out on a 2080Ti from a third-rate company.
Plz don't buy this company products
Plz don't buy this company products, they will not service your own product they will send you another used product which is may be an old one, and they will take more than two months for solve this .
RMA shipping cost
The product had a defect and still under warranty and you are responsible for the shipping cost and it can take up to 4 weeks to get it back. One thing for sure my next graphics card will not be a ZOTAC.
Purchased a Zotac for my VR system
Purchased a Zotac for my VR system. Computer failed just outside warranty. Understanding I need to pay for repair I discovered Zotac WILL NOT SERVICE THEIR OWN PRODUCT FOR ANY PRICE.
Zotac broke my life
I have an RTX 2070 amp extreme which was released less than 2 years ago that simply died, no support to be reached
In order for me to send it in I have to pay half my salary to zotac plus I have to send it on my own expense.
I simply cannot afford that because I live in Egypt and I am getting paid Egyptian salary with Egyptian currency so the biggest purchase I ve saved for the past couple years is sitting in its box failing after less than 2 years usage.
I regret choosing zotac deeply, it simply broke my spirit.

They don’t communicate with supplier or hold them accountable. Never get packages on time and are not around when needed!
Really Bad Support
The main point of this review is to help possible customers or businesses who wish to purchase Zotac products. I would write about the terrible experiences, however, we have had many cases where Zotac highlight their own poor support. I have included some examples of emails from their "Support Team" below:
Dear Customer,
We don’t do any spare parts for sales.
I would suggest you to have a look for replacement on Aliexpress or rarely Ebay.
Kindest regards,
Eurotech Team
- This reply was in relation to asking to buy spare parts. Of course, purchasing directly from the manufacturer is to be expected when wanting to offer a quality fix.
And
Hi,
we don't offer a diagnosis service.
- The response we received when asking for assistance with the Zotac computer.
All emails are about the same length with a lack of consideration for their customers.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I'm going to start by saying that I have always enjoyed Zotac products, I have brought many over the years and they have always been great, including the old Zotac ion 330, the more recent z-box, and several graphics cards. Including the one which has resulted in this review.
In June 2017 I brought a Zotac 1070 amp extreme edition from Ebuyer in the UK. It had one of the the best air cooling solutions and came with a 5 year warranty for piece of mind.
In March 2019 the card developed a fault (widely reported on the web) where one of the fan bearing began to fail and when running at 50-80% made a metallic rattling sound.
I reported to Zotac that the card was faulty via the contact form, and received an email the same day asking for proof of purchase, and a detailed summary of the fault and the testing I had done. I provided all this info and then saw an email from them asking the UK support team to deal with the case.
The UK support team then told me that as the item was under 2 years old I needed to go back to the re-seller (ebuyer) to get the RMA processed, they explained that ebuyer were a good re-seller and would be able to fully organise the repair/replacement. I dad as instructed, contacted ebuyer who gladly took the card back and after a while they informed me that they were needing to return the card to Zotac UK support to get it repaired.
The card was then sent to Zotac who after a few days told ebuyer that it had been repaired or replaced and would be returned to me.
When I received the card back from Zotac I found that it was the same card with no repair done, and the only change was that Zotac had put a sticker on the card saying that the warranty was void.
I then chased Zotac to find out why they had put the sticker on it and not done the repair.
Zotac then said (quote from the email I received from Eurotech support):
"As far as Zotac is concerned the card is out of warranty as we had sold it to Ebuyer more than 2 years ago. This means the card is out of warranty from eBuyer. When they applied for RMA they had enter an entirely different SN and hence the reason for accepting it."
So even though I contacted Zotac first for support, and they accepted the item was less than 2 years old, and directed me to ebuyer, when they received the card, with the actual serial number that I had provided in the first place, they decided to ignore the registration and proof of purchase, and just return it to me broken.
I attempted to point out the ridiculous nature of the support process and how they could have dealt with it by sending a simple email to either me or Ebuyer to confirm the warranty status (or even check their own registration system which has a copy of the POP) but instead of apologising for a mistake between them and there authorised re-seller I get a rude response from the Eurotech team saying (another copy paste of the actual email):
" You obviously have no idea what our obligations are and how our system work. Pointless discussing this. If you want a replacement just complete the steps.
Kindest regards,
Eurotech Team "
At this point I decided that further contact with them was not worth the time or effort and as such I requested that the re-seller dealt with the problem from there on out. I also decided that I would not use or recommend any Zotac products going forward.
TLDR: They make great products when they work, but the warranty process and the support team are terrible and should mean that any warranty offering from the company should be seen as a painful option.
I wanted to drop in and give a review…
I wanted to drop in and give a review of MY experiences with Zotac. I do not in any way doubt other's views of the support offered, I simply want to give credit where it is due. My experience was as good as I could expect from a warranty standpoint. After buying my 1070 amp through newegg (bundled with an ABS computer and specifically asking for the zotac vs nvidia's own founder edition) my graphics card got a bad fan a year and 10 months later. ABS warranties only 1 year so it was up to Zotac who offers 2 years. I emailed on a Friday night (after they closed I assume as it was 6pm central) and by Monday I received a response. They asked for all pertinent info and I complied immediately. Tuesday I received another email confirming and they would RMA. By Wednesday I received all the info of how and where to send it. Got it sent the following day (by fed ex my bad on that) and it took until the following Friday for them to receive it due to holiday. Eventually (a week maybe) I received an email stating that the card had failed their testing and they no longer had a 1070 to send me would I settle for a 1070 ti amp? ABSOLUTELY. Now to be fair it was not a boxed brand new version, could have been an OEM internal or could have been refurbed I don't know, but they are in no way obligated to do that as long as they give me a working card. Within another week I received my 1070ti and it has been working flawlessly for 2 weeks now. So in closing no I wasn't thrilled about having to pay for shipping to them but 45 bux beats the hell out of the 500+ it would have cost me for a new card. I have to say that I am not only impressed with the support but definitely inclined and obligated to make sure everyone knows how good my experience with them was. Again, others may have had bad experiences with them but I did everything that was asked of me and support was everything I could expect. I for one am thrilled with my Zotac support experience and I hope everyone else after me will be too. Thumbs up.
Non existent support
The hardware is often regarded as top tier, but support is non-existent. I contacted their first line of support to find out who to contact about freeze-ups with their card (commonly discussed on web). They did not even respond in 30 days.
100% unreliable
Of 3 Zotac Zbox mini PC's, I have had a 100% failure rate. The warranty is laughable. To get an RMA you must jump through a lot of hoops, no doubt to discourage warranty claims. I wasted $45 in shipping to send in my latest dud machine for warranty. The replacement Zotac sent had exactly the same fault as the unit I sent in, booting up only in BIOS menu mode, and refusing to exit therefrom.
Opening the package, one of the cover thumbscrews was missing, an indication of their "quality control".
No wonder Staples is clearing this junk out at $159! The Email notifying me Zotac had shipped the replacement included an "in case of problems contact us" clickable reference, when I did I got "Error 404 URL not found"! Beware these scammers. Look elsewhere for a reliable mini PC.

HiI own a gtx 1060 6gb amp ed which was purchased as a gift for me about 6 months ago.
I have the original Scan receipt, when i first got the card, 2 of the 4 fan housing screws were loose/broke, however due to scans long time scales to return, leaving me with no GPU for weeks or maybe months I decided to keep the card.
This week end ive moved my rig from a MATX to a ITX build, here is where my problem has got worse.,
Holding the card from the fan side being careful not to touch the exposed PCB board, the fans have come completely come loose from the PCB,
This is really not the standard I expect from a £270 card. really cheap 4x tiny plastic nubs hoding the fans to the board.
I have spoken to scan and they do not want to help, plus I would be left for weeks/months without a GPU. Tried to call, with no valid contact method other than email which i tried to use but received a error.
this card is being sold boosting 5 year warranty,, but good luck getting support in the UK
Rubbish customer serveice
I recently bought a GPU from Zotac, registered it with them but a short while later I found the graphics card unsuitable so returned it.
I emailed Zotac about the matter and apart from an automated acknowledgement I have heard nothing more.
As I put customer service high on my list when purchasing this poor service will mean I will not be purchasing anything branded zotac again. I will stick with Evga or Gigabyte whose customer service is second to none.
