Absolutely love their new portable dryer!!! We no longer have to put our wet shoes on the back porch infront of the dryer vent, or scare the dogs with a blow dryer after their bath and I can warm our bed before crawling into it on a cold night. My only recommendation would be for it to come with a case or a bag for easier storage purposes.

Stained Tatami Mat with Different Brand Tag on It
Update 9/6/26:
Zonli reached out to me and fully refunded the mat and mattress within 7 days of my review. They also reached out to me and explained the reason for the wrong tag. I have changed my rating to 3 stars and would tentatively consider ordering from them in the future.

Ordered a bean bag, tatami mat, and 2.5" mattress. Bean bag is great. Tatami mat came with stains plus an attached tag that was NOT for Zonli (the tag says Syrinx, which I see is a defunct random Amazon brand that once sold tatami mats). Shame Zonli couldn't even bother to take off the tag of whatever random stock they're selling. Mattress is still pending, but I don't have good expectations after this.

The futon is good and feels !
The futon is great, feels so comfortable and you can rest comfortably in it. I used already in my house, camping ⛺️ is very versatile.
I notice that the bag was ripped in the middle of the bag when I pulled out of the box. I gotta say this was a whole experience cause they contacted me and send me a new replacement for free. I really appreciate it that a lot!

So far I absolutely love how easy it was to set my Zonli Japanese floor mattress up!
On top of being easy to set up it is super comfortable. We bought this for my daughter to transition to her own room and I feel like the entire family has been laying on it and absolutely loving it. Great cushion for camping!
The website had all the info I needed to decide what I wanted to get. I'm using a twin 4" floor mat for camping. It seems easy enough to roll up and has straps and a bag for easy transport. The mat and cover both look and feel well made and I appreciate the washable, cotton cover. It took a bit longer to arrive than expected but received it in time to lay it out for 72 hours before my camping trip.

Incredibly fast delivery
The futon and tatami mats arrived much faster than I expected. The futon cover i ordered at the same time took an extra couple of days. While its taking some getting used to (was on a bed that is much too soft) but I'm happy with it so far!

Good assistance and reception
The first time my futon cover showed up it was either damaged in transit, or it was tampared with for potential theft. A large black smudge stain did not come out of it.
Maggie at Zonli was extremely helpful via email at getting me another, and the next one arrived undamaged and promptly.
Maggie answered emails over weekends, so this is essentially above and far beyond normal customer care. Thank you for all you do. -Josh
