first i paid for next day delivery: item wasn’t shipped out for a week. When the phone finally arrived i could tell they had sent out a EE contract phone and i’m too if that it wasn’t the right colour. I tried contacting for a return label via email and calls but to no avail. nobody is ever active on the phone and very slow email responses. I finally shipped off the phone with royal mail signed for. it’s been over 4 weeks now. They have not gotten back to me and are trying to say they never recieved it when I have proof of postage and everything so I know it went to their company
