Scam site. They offer a hardback book for sale online only to make an excuse that we only sell E-books when you complain of not receiving it. They will not give a refund saying its your mistake even if you have a screenshot as proof. Do what I did, report them to the National cyber security centre. I suspect that the scam is run from Poland with a house in Leeds used to register the LTD company and any E-mails redirected to poland to be rebuffed from there.

Ordered a hardcopy of a book which never arrived. When I emailed to question this I was told I must have been confused as I’d ordered a digital copy. After numerous frustrating emails they now say they only supply digital copies despite being able to request hard copies on their site.
Still no refund

Same experience as everyone else... Advertised as a hardback book but what I got was a link to an e-book (which I'm not opening just in case...) Payment shows up as going to Fanytolo possibly based in Poland, and there are other websites that look exactly the same with slightly different names.
The response to my first email was basically saying I must have been confused because they don't sell actual books & don't give refunds for e-books. I sent back a screen shot of my order which clearly showed ' format - hardcover ' and I mentioned involving my bank. A refund for the full amount is currently showing as 'pending' on my bank statement so hopefully that will process in the next day or two. So all very annoying but refund seems fairly straightforward with a bit of persistence. I'll be more careful next time.

Yes it’s a scam website .. it said it was a book but it’s not! £7.50 for an ebook that I didn’t want. When I emailed them I think it was AI who responds! I wish I’d read the reviews! It’s disgusting that there getting away with this

This is a scam website. It advertises books as hardcover which makes you think they are hard back but they either send you an e book or nothing at all! If you email to complain & ask for a refund they tell you it’s an e book site only. I have managed to get my money back but only by threatening them with Trading Standards. So if you’ve been done, you could try that too 🫤

Total little scammer. DO NOT buy from this loser.

Ordered a book for Christmas. Immediately tried to cancel after reading reviews and no reply. Think the e mail is also blag!

After a few weeks and still no book contacted the bank which gave me the refund ( Excellent by Natwest)

I placed an order which plainly stated to be a hardcover copy but once the order was paid for and processed they emailed with a download link to an ebook! I emailed them and explained this and that it was a gift a my mum for Christmas and that an ebook was completely useless they have made no attempt to rectify the problem! They only emailed back after several emails including screenshot of the page which stated it was a hardback format and asking for either a physical copy or refund, to which they refused either! So I am out of pocket and presentless for my mum! AVOID!!!

Zoloreads are scammers. They advertise and appear to sell an actual copy book, but when I chased up my order [Free deliver 3 to 5 days, what a joke} I was told I had purchased an e book.
Please shop elsewhere.
I was trying to avoid the usual Amazon and thought I was supporting a small business.

CHEATS HAVE NOW TAKEN MY MONEY TWICE AND NOLT DELIVERED THE PRODUCT (HARD-COVER BOOK) ADVERTISED. THEY ALSO TRADE UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES - ZOLOREADS AND FANYTOLO.
SETTING UP LEGAL ACTION SO WATCH THIS SPACE!

This is absolutely 💯 a scam. Make out its hard copy and its not. No refund offered. Only digital. DO NOT BUY

I would give them zero stars if possible. I purchased a book as a Christmas present, it was very clearly advertised as hardcover as I checked very carefully as others online and cheaper than this one were digital versions. However, they supplied a digital version and will not provide a hardcover version.
They have refused to give a refund.
Basically, the same experience as others appear to have had.
Do not use them, they should be investigated by trading standards and in my view, prosecuted.

I persevered with contacting this company and have now received a refund.

Definite red flag for all the reasons given by others. I managed to get a refund from the company but it wasn't easy

This is a con site. All books are listed as physical books ‘hardcover’ but all you get sent is an ebook. They will not refund S just claim you got the book. Criminals essentially.

Scam site. Advertise “hardcover” books and then say you ordered an ebook, which isn’t even a product on the website.

The returns policy mentions nothing about ebooks and the contact details are for a private council estate flat in Leeds.

If you have been scammed, contact your card company and raise a dispute. My card company was aware of this scam and refunded me immediately.

It was charged to my account as “FANYTOLO DUBLIN”.

ZOLOREADS and Like every review on this site. BIG BIG SCAM. I ordered a hardback copy and received a confirmation. (I wouldn't click on the download, like someone else said, it could be anything). The order came through as a download. It was a gift for an elderly person who doesn't even have a phone. I went back to them within 5 minutes of receiving confirmation and they said I had ordered a download version. I took a screenshot, 2 or 3 reply by a bot. Don't waste your money. Scam. Feeling really angry with myself for not checking their reviews before purchasing. The website clearly stated that I was purchasing a hardcover copy of the book, they have sent me a link (which I will not click - I'm not THAT stupid) and are claiming that I purchased an ebook. The response was from a bot, no customer service to speak of so I am unable to get a refund. AVOID.

Scam site. They take your money but you get no contact, no product and you cant get in touch with them.

As per pervious review it's a scam. They don't send books and you get a bit response. Advertise hard cyber builds but your get a download link.
