Slow delivery but good customer service.
Advertised as next day dispatch but took over two weeks. Customer service was not the best either as made promises that didn’t happen. When it finally arrived product was good but just don’t expect it to be quick or to have the best customer service.
UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY - Thank you. To be fair had you of messaged me to say it was delayed then I would not have been worried as I can understand that things are out of your hands. However it was not until we chased you that I was able to find what was happening.
FURTHER UPDATE - A few days ago I received a postcard from the company saying sorry that they had not got things right with a bar of chocolate and rolls of labels. This apology has certainly gone along way and my views of the company have changed as it appears they do care.

Ordered an item that was showing in-stock to be then told it wasn't in stock a day later. All manner of excuses then arrived whilst holding on to my money for over a week after saying it had been refunded.
