Sevenoaks restaurant. It’s Food okay but poor value. Even though I thought expensive for what we had it didn’t help that we had to get the waiters attention for further drinks, the desert menu and the bill. Not attentive enough. The toilets were disgusting too, no effort to clean them.
DON'T TAKE CASH
Haven't been to Zizzi for years. Sadly my Pizza wasn't as nice as it used to be, and it was massive. Too big almost to manage (oval), but it was enjoyable!
However my main disappointment is that when the bill came they refused to take cash. What a disappointment. Zizzi, have you read George Orwell's book 1984? We are becoming a cashless society and it is scary. I am angry I didn't have the freedom of choice to pay cash. That has been taken away from me. By being forced to used a Credit/Debit card, we leave a trail of where we've been and what we've spent without the freedom to choose. Sadly, I won't be going there again, unless Zizzi, you change your policy.
Food Good, Service Poor
The food was fairly good. Otherwise the service was less than average, and for a premium price. Drink was served in a dirty glass.
Asked about military discount, was told they don't do it, even though it's on DDS App. Showed the DDS App coupon and server said it was not valid on Mondays, but checked terms and conditions and it says valid Sunday through Thursday, so should have been valid. Basically conned out of a discount. I do not recommend Zizzi.
Rude member of staff!!!…
Member of staff informed us to show voucher when we had the bill. So we did then when it came to showing voucher when bill arrived the waiter got really abruptly rude and said they can't do it. I understand they can't take money off as voucher was shown late but there's no need to be so rude about it!!!
The manager needs to train staff on how to talk to customers better 🙄 this was the leamington branch

No cash accepted. It is legal tender and should be choice for customer. They are enabling the globalists to achieve their goal of total control of us, taking away a fundamental freedom.
Never again
Unbelievable! It’s totally rip off! I ordered Classic Meal for 2 [Chips (V) (Ve)- Regular, Spaghetti Bolognese, Upgrade: Rustica Pepperoni Campagna]. After finish the dinner, what we get? Two hungry people! We need to cook the other meal after having that meal! The ingredients on the pizza are as little as miserable!
Went romford zizzi
Went romford zizzi, staff and chef working really hard but they seem to need help now, as the staff, they seem to be slipping behind with orders for the restaurant diners, alisha head host at the romford branch is very nice and apologised for delays to getting out our meals to us and also one meal was cold in middle of food and they made another lasagne, but because of the disruption, they waivered the costs on two meals as although they were apologetic, it really was not our day as it ended up eating our dinner each of us at separate times, nice restaurant, but zizzi head office need to come down to romford and give praise to existing staff are doing their very best they can with limited resources, chef is excellent but they need more staff as they are sinking fast, zizzi name and experience dining out this ziizzi restaurant is not being met, they not being supported and looked after in the group and rather being neglected, You will lose more customers and even the next table, chap behind was also highlighting they awaiting hour and half his pizza, but really this store needs help. Lovely pleasant staff. But please rescue this branch, as can see people boycotting romford zizzi, restaurant I feel sorry for head chef he needs help
I hope zizzi support their staff and get romford back on track, they need help.and support badly, the young floor staff need to be more pleasant and give a better happy feeling, again the staff seem overworked, exhausted and appear to have no empathy with customers, I will go back but not until you go in and get the romford branch the help it's needs, zizzi group is neglecting their staff who work there, I hope zizzi head office take note! , As your lettinng customers down. Alisha is your rock there and goes out of way to make customers experience as best it can be but I believe Alisha needs help and you need to give her praise and also the head chef, your letting them both down badly,and the branch as a whole. I liked to go there again and sit down and see the place have better positive happy staff with you supporting them all better, if your customer base is expanding and on the rise, you need to increase your staff numbers and the head chef needs more staff so food is being prepared faster and in timely manner
So customer will be happier on their next visit to the romford branch

Zizzi is my favourite restaurant and is my go-to place to eat!
If I am going to a new location I will find the nearest restaurant to eat there as I know I will be able to eat something there that I can guarantee I will like.

We used to love Zizzi’s but sadly it’s not what it once was. We popped into Resorts World Birmingham restaurant after being at the NEC today. The food was bland, and service slow and inattentive. The starters were OK but the mains were awful, overcooked and greasy. For the two of us it was just shy of £75, based on taste and quality it should have been a third of that. Won’t be returning.

Had to go to the NEC for a show. We stayed at the Genty Hotel and grabbed some food at Zizzi.
Food was tasty, hot and quick to appear. The staff were fun, precise and lovely.
Really impressed with the visit and left a 30% tip!
Zizzi Guildford the best
This was the second time myself and my daughters have visited Zizzi in Guildford and both times have been 5 star. The welcome, the service, the atmosphere, all the staff are friendly, the food and the drink and the decor, all 5 star. Bosh.

10 of us went for a meal to zizzi in resorts world ! £300 down the drain , bland tasteless food ,not hot , plates cold , doesn’t represent Italian food at all total waist of time , we all were so unhappy from the pork meal to sea bass , to pasta dishes , yukkk even cocktails were watered down and tasteless ,I wouldn’t waste ur time , I don’t normally review, but I feel I should , to save anybody else from wasting their money!
Awful
Five of us went to Zizzi in Bromley and if we could give no stars, we would! Utterly appalling customer service, one of us waited over half an hour for a drink! The staff were inattentive and we had to keep chasing. The time between courses was diabolical. When our main courses arrived, two of us had burnt pizzas, the manager is clearly inexperienced in dealing with this kind of thing, she didn't even reduce the bill! We then waited almost 45 minutes for our deserts....The restaurant wasn't even busy, so no excuse.
