Tried to temporarily insure my vehicle last week 10/7/25 but couldn't as they didn't recognise the vehicle. I had recently removed private plates so was told this was the reason why and told they update their systems weekly. Tried again today still not finding my vehicle although I've received the new log book from DVLA . Still blaming system update although it was a week since I last tried so if it was updated weekly it would be done by now

Their website was easy to complete, didn't take too long and they adjusted the start time by ten minutes during the registration process to ensure that we didn't lose any time under cover. Useful when you're buying cover for a few hours only. I would use them again in the future assuming their price is competitive
