truly the worst bank in the world. you are forever on your own. no one is educated enough to even speak a word in English on their customer line. it says press 9 for English but when they answer they can't understand or speak a word in English. if you lose your phone you will lose all your money with it. as there is no way to even contact the bank. save your self a lot of trouble and do not go near this horrible service of a bank. if you are a foreigner who has a bank there the system is so outdated that your id will not get scanned by their application. truly a 3rd world kind of bank with zero peace of ming
