Ordered 2 Aracna's to Spain in time for last Christmas, both kids love them - 10/10 toy.
But had to write this review now because one of them broke/stopped charging, I went to order another but after seeing the shipping to Spain again for 1 I wasn't sure it was worth it.
They contacted me to check everything is OK, and offered to send a replacement. Above and beyond what I expected and can only congratulate on a fantastic customer experience.

I have pre-ordered the arcana and waited over a month for this toy. I find out that it was sent back due to wrong taric code and after writing to them that it was sent back I received e-mail that there's no more in stock and they refund me fully, in other words they sold the item that I owned to someone else instead of asking me if I want it resent. This is really bad customer service, I recommend not to buy from them at all as their greedy and totally disrespectful to the their customer.

I haven’t had a chance to test the product yet because the package still hasn’t arrived—it's been almost a month.

The company’s customer service is poor, and I would not recommend ordering from them if you live outside the US. When I asked the seller to follow up with the delivery company, this was the response I received: “They told me that the package is in customs and will be released when Germany wants to release it.” So let's just wait when Germany wants...

So good luck to me- and please don’t repeat my mistake.
