Our sales team tried to get in touch with you multiple times and have had no response. We have just looked into our system at this job completed and there was no handballing included in this job meaning the driver was not required to move any items, he is just there to facilitate a delivery. if you had added handballing upon booking, the driver would know to assist in moving the goods.

No delivery drivers, but happy to charge for service... Still waiting for my refund.
Edit: They did sort this out. However, the fact that there are no drivers available made it a huge waste of time.

DeliveryApp only charges once a job is successfully completed. We have completed deliveries for you previously, however on the 3rd July the job was cancelled. Our Sales Manager called you to advise that you would not have been charged. Following the call you checked your bank account and realised you were not charged and therefore there was no refund to process. Glad this was resolved.

End-to-end logistical assistance
Searching for couriers, we were looking to get a personalised assistance rather than just rely on a tracking link for a special multi-delivery.
Having a designated person on our account (thanks Laura for your prompt help), made the process of troubleshooting and overseeing our delivery seamless. This, along with their app where you can track the driver and contact them (although, can be a bit clunky at times), gave you ample and straightforward tools to manage the process.
NB: Things to improve, briefing drivers on the use of the app (ie: keep in comms with client, taking clear photos, update tracking locations)

DeliveryApp works really well!
Have to say DeliveryApp works really well. We send sensitive goods, meaning the tracking facility is extremely useful for us and the recipient. On time deliveries are very important and we have always found the whole Team very professional and keen to offer the best service.

We have tried to use the App twice now…
We have tried to use the App twice now and both times at the last minute the driver has cancelled prior to arriving, leaving us with no way of getting our delivery completed in time. We are in Kent, so i am thinking this app may work well in London and large cities/towns.

We are sorry to hear of your experience with DeliveryApp and upon investigation can see that we did indeed have a driver drop the job an hour before pickup and so our operations team made contact in order to notify you and keep you updated as we sourced a replacement. We understand that due to the importance of your delivery you chose to cancel the job and source your own alternative. Ordinarily bookings dropped with an hours notice are quickly replaced by our live operations team but we understand the decision to cancel and look elsewhere. One of our team will call you in order to better understand your specific business requirements and give some statistical confidence to the driver resource that exists in your area.
