With each trade, they say that they have not received at least one of the books. I now photograph the box during packing as evidence that all books were packed and should have been received at Ziffit.... Mehr ansehen

Stole 3 items that were brand new
Stole 3 items that were brand new. Said not received. Well they were in the box and someone fancied them for themselves as they were for gaming. This is a really dishonest outfit and I will not be using it again.
Same as all other reviews
Same as all other reviews, which I also wish I’d read before using this company. They claimed four out of 29 books were not received, all of which were the most expensive items. Why would I not have included them? The only reason people use this service is to get money for books they don’t want. Absolute liars, frauds and scam artists. Notice how they don’t respond to any reviews and how everyone is saying the same thing. Seriously, don’t waste your time.
To further add to my bad review
To further add to my bad review, I have another bad experience from the company. My book was rejected, but they have a guideline that means that they do not return rejected items. So they have essentially got my 50 pound textbook for free. Absolute scam!
Thieves and Liars
It’s a scam, they’ll take your items, offer peanuts and then further reduce the offered price with claims (lies) that items are missing or damaged, coincidently these are the highest valued items, give your cds to a charity shop, don’t let these thieving scum take your stuff
Thieves
Thieving gits! Bad enough that they offer a pittance for your books, dvds etc but almost every time they claim items are missing from the box which is def NOT the case. Avoid like the plague.
No longer collecting from home
Has always worked well for me - yes you don’t get much but I accept that. What has annoyed me though now is they are no longer collecting from your home. In a rural area, having to travel 5 miles to a drop off site makes it borderline worth it and NOT convenient.
This company are rouge traders
This company are rouge traders. Thought I would give it ago today. So I tried a blu ray music dvd unopened. At the moment it sells for about £65 on eBay new. Mine is still sealed they offered me 37p. So I won't be using them. The Blu Ray was Lovebites Heavy Metal never dies so people can look up the price to see I'm not lying.
A completely pointless app
The app only allows a maximum of 5 items to be scanned (and yes, I did try several times). For me, this equates to £1.05, the postage would cost more than this, thus rendering the whole process completely pointless and a waste of time. My advice for anyone would be to do yourself a favour and give your old stuff to charity (as opposed to wasting your time with these jokers).
Fraudulent Thieves
I found out about Ziffit through a friend. They hadn’t used the service themselves but thought I might be interested as money’s extremely tight and any extra cash is welcome.
I didn’t really want to part with any of my items but we were short on rent money so thought I’d give it a go.
I filled a whole box and carefully wrapped everything using bubble wrap. In total it was only about £35 as they only offered 10p to £2 per item.
Received confirmation box was received and all items were accepted.
Payment was due with 5 working days.
No payment was received. So I chased them.
They gave me the date payment was sent. I confirmed not received.
They advised they would look into it.
It’s been several weeks now and still nothing.
They are no longer responding to my emails.
This is total theft and fraud.
I did look them up before and there’s another TrustPilot review page that gives them about 4.7 stars. Then I saw this one which is much more honest.
It might only have been £30 but it meant I was short on my rent which has obviously caused issues. But what’s upset me the most is parting with some items I’d had for years or were gifts and only ‘sold’ them because I was in desperate need.
If I could give nothing I would
If I could give nothing I would. Zif Fit offered me 20p for an £8 book. I would rather keep it or sell on EBay than let them have it. The place is a total rip off!
My experience seems totally different…
My experience seems totally different to others I scanned & packed everything, was collected fast & efficiently everything accepted & payment in full a few days later
I've used several times before
Very pleased

Same as other reviews I wish I had read them first .gave me a price took my books then didn't pay me for half of them. Said dirty pages ..those pages were ok when I read them a week or so before .total rip off then the keep the said dirty books ..sure they will sell them too.they were fine . Do not trust them
Rip off merchants as they take your…
Rip off merchants as they take your books but do not pay for them, Serious scammers who ignore emails and messages of any sort ,and do not have a customer services team to speak to.
CRIMINALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dishonesty is the company motto
It's OK if you were going to throw your books away or have specialist books charity shops may not be able to sell etc, because you'll get some sort of cash. However, expect to be robbed each time because there's always books apparently not recieved when you know they were but whoever checked it fancied adding to their free book collection and are happy to steal from you. It's happened numerous times now, so I still use it to help clear out books especially the kids books as they grow out of them, but if I actually get an honest person checking it I'm genuinely surprised.
I sent £150 worth if books and git £43…
I sent £150 worth if books and git £43 back. The reason they didn't pay what was promised was they did not receive 75% of the books. It's not possible to receive only 25% of the books when they all arrived in a sealed box. Complete scam.
Sellers Beware of these Scammers!
Selling items with Ziffit is easy - that's not the issue. The overall process to scan in my items to sell and arrange for free courier pick up went smoothly. The problem comes when Ziffit reviews the items you have sent on receipt and decides to reject items based on a number of seemingly trumped up reasons. As others have pointed out, this tends to be for the higher value/boxed set items and for me this was no exception with five boxed sets all being rejected for either having; damaged discs, missing covers, being water damaged or with mould (this excuse by the way was applied to a boxed set that was designed to look old/antique!) oh, and one rejected as apparently 'not received' - as if I would accidentally forget to send it and how absent-minded of me. Of course, Ziffit's policy is, they cannot possibly return your shoddy items they have rejected so you not only lose them but also with it any evidence to enable you to contest their rejection. Hmm...seems fair and honest to me. As many other reviewers have said, if you can just give the items away or donate to charity shops, rather than put free money in the pockets of these bunch of crooks who like to mug you off for profit.
Look up what I know to be a £20 book
Look up what I know to be a £20 book. Was offered 49p joke
Use another company
A complete scam. They claim that one of the items, the most expensive, did not meet their standards. All DVDs sent were in the exact same condition. Cannot speak to a real person therefore only really contactable via email. The agent who responds just sends scripted responses and cannot provide any proof as to what was wrong with the DVDs (in this case a pristine box set) just that they have now been recycled…. Which I do not buy. No communication received throughout the process either. Please note that there are two versions of trustpilot reviews (why I don’t know) but the other is close to 5 stars which is doubtful so make up your own mind. I have used other companies in the past (music magpie and we buy books) and the process with them has been flawless.
Ziffit dodging responsibility for lost package
Ziffit is refusing to take responsibility for a lost package taken erroneously by their DPD courier, who came to pick up 2 Ziffit boxes but ignored the 2 correctly labelled ones (indicated by the adult who was present) and took a single unlabelled box of personal items that had nothing to do with the order. The courier clearly did not even try to scan the number as stated on the Ziffit instructions, but Ziffit are now claiming it's 'out of their hands' – obviously no system at all: terrible service.
The company are thieves
The company are thieves. I expected to receive £48 and got £3 which has still not been paid to my account. They said most of my discs were scratched. They need closing down.
