What can I say but this review should have gone up a year ago!
Sian Smith from Zest was bar far one of the best people that I spoke to when arranging my mortage! She was knoweldgeable, effecient and brilliantly professional.
I sort of feel sorry for her as I really did make her do some leg work for me! But she was super effecient, reliable and very easy to both speak to and reach out too!
I am looking forward to working with Zest again in a few months time when I need to remortgage!

Absolute 5* service!! Excellent from start to finish. Myself and my partner felt that both Sarp and Sian took the time to get to know us and were very informative and quick to respond with all things. I would 100% recommend and will be using them in future. Very friendly to speak to! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Sarp and Sian really helped me understand the implications of remortgaging and discussed several options for additional borrowing before suggesting the end provider. As a sole mortgage holder, this was so valuable. Sarp was able to secure an acceptable mortgage rate for the end of my fixed term with my current provider in this particularly turbulent time.
