Was shopping about for trimmers and found this company. their website had brilliant product descriptions which helped loads. checkout was easy and they processed order quickly. delivery was professional and package arrived intact. customer services team is helpful and patient with questions. trimmer quality proper impressed me - feels expensive and works smoothly. great experience overall.
Got a shaver online
Got a shaver online. Terrible, my old one is better. It barely shaves anything and only one side works anyway. Spent about £18 on it. Then today the company tried to take a further £22.0, luckily I use an online card and only put money when I need to purchase something, so there wasn’t sufficient money for them to take. I will let my bank know so they stop any further attempts, though. I am certain I did not sign up for any VIP shenanigans.

Absolutely cracking service
Absolutely cracking service! placed my order thursday and had it by saturday which is amazing. the packaging was superb - looked like it came from john lewis or somewhere posh. customer services were brilliant when i rang about the warranty. the trimmer is beautiful, really well designed and works a treat. proper quality this, definitely worth every penny.

took a chance on this company after reading reviews and so happy i did. order processing was super fast and they kept me updated the whole time. the box arrived and it was like opening a present - everything wrapped individually. customer service team helped me pick the right accessories and explained everything clearly. the trimmer quality is impressive especially for the price point. feels like it cost way more.
Didnt expect much but wow
Honestly didnt expect much but wow was i wrong. ordered this trimmer last week and its been a game changer. shipping took 3 days which is normal i guess. the thing that impressed me most was how they packed it - like seriously protective. customer service answered my dumb questions without making me feel stupid. the actual device? works better than my old $200 one.
Avoid!
Same as other users. I noticed I'd been charged £22 a few weeks after my initial purchase.
It was called a mystery gift. Turns out to be a subscription. I don't want it. Immediately stopped standing order with the bank and am trying to get money back.

Taking money for VIP rewards I didn’t want!
Happy to take your money for a VIP subscription that you had no idea you had even signed up to upon purchasing an item. Then when checking with customer support and enquiring “when was this VIP package applied at checkout, is it automatic? Because I know I 100% wouldn’t have selected it.”, they don’t answer. Trying to get extra money out of people in a very underhanded way.
I now have paid an extra nearly £23 for this “subscription” I didn’t want, ask for or know I had! Will not purchase anything again I’m afraid.

Sneaky ways of trying to scam customers
Bought a shaver from a website on tik tok, this then took me through to shopify and I made my purchase. I then received the shaver and month later a further £22.10 came off my account and would have continued to do so if I did not spot the transaction. This company apparently have signed my up for a vip membership without my consent and are now charging me a monthly fee. I have contacted them and am now pursuing the money back. If I don’t receive it I will be looking a fraud case with the bank. It’s actually quite sad that a company has done this as the initial purchase was fine but I won’t be using them again now because of there sneaky ways of trying to scam customers

Ordered a shaver from them based on an advert from Facebook. Came ok, no problems. But weeks later I've just had a further payment debited from my card for £22 for a "VIP Club" which I never authorised.
So I'm going to have to dispute it with them.
Absolute scam, avoid.

Signed me up to a subscription without…
Signed me up to a subscription without anything saying I would be. There was no small print or anything (I signed out and went to checkout again to see if I had missed anything).
In my email receipt it had "gift" and luckily I checked what it was because that was the subscription. The FAQs also say the subscription service is something you have to opt in to which is a blatant lie. If you have shopped here make sure you check if they've signed you up to pay £29.99 a month without your knowledge.
