Exceeded all expectations. I ordered the mint, vanilla and lavender earl grey lip butters. I love them all, but the earl grey is my favorite. They feel so luxurious and leave my lips so soft. Package arrived sooner than expected and I'm very happy with naturally made dish brushes (which are difficult to find in local stores these days) I ordered. I had a question and it was answered quickly and politely. Great first experience! I'll be shopping at ZWO again.

Great product, fast and sustainably packaged delivery

The products are sturdy and easy to use. There was no plastic in the box from shipping, which makes recycling easier with that. The brushes don’t scratch or scour the dishes. The copper scrubber is flexible and easy to clean. I wish I made the switch sooner!

Product cleans so frickin well and uses such little soap that every time I clean with it I think “this really is zero waste.” It makes cleaning fun for me and it’s definitely worth the money.

I ordered the laundry detergent. I have a dachshund that leaks pee due to her back legs being paralyzed and it's hard to get that smell fully removed after washing her blankets. This works fantastic!

This is by far my favorite shop for eco-friendly products. They represent everything I want to support. Earth friendly, small family owned and operated and they are super responsive and fast! If you email them with an issue, they literally respond so quickly and personally, it’s like emailing with a friend, not a ‘company’.
I typically receive my orders in under a week, which is great because I forget to order my laundry strips until I’m down to ONE 😳 Since finding them, I have not ordered order from anywhere else.

The bamboo brush is terrific. Feels great on the scalp and causes no static at all. Great customer follow up as well.
