Have placed orders a couple of years ago and had no issues. This time, I've ordered 2 pairs of glasses back in September but haven't received any updates since then (also can't track the package) nor answers to the 3 emails I sent them. Very, very disappointed.

Same experience as others, I've placed 10-15 orders from them over the years. This latest I placed 3 months ago and I've emailed them 4-5 times. No response every time. Never again

In contrast to the reviews here... I've bought from zeroUV for over a year and never had an issue. Their sunglasses are miles better compared to cheap ones you can get in my country. Shipping is a bit slow but that's cause I live in the Middle East and they're from America.

Never missed a shipment. Never got a broken pair, always packaged nicely. 0 complaints. The only disappointing thing is the best looking sunglasses are almost always out of stock on their and that's about it.

I ordered 2 sunglasses off of them and the package was not received even after a month. I tried to contact them using email but I have not received a single reply despite putting reminder emails 3 times! I used to buy from them regularly but no more!

SCAM! I was a loyal customer for over 8 years. Several bigger orders in that time, always loved their glasses. But now they are scamming me. I made an order about 5 glasses, but received 3 other glasses of a type I never ordered (yet on the box it says my order is fullfiled ...). A mistake? Can happen? Well, they DON'T ANSWER, dozens of mails, calls, zero. They just GHOST you, and my money is gone forever, I have 3 glasses I don't want, and that's it. And by what I read here and in other places, it's a scheme they pull on many customers. DON'T BUY HERE!!!

I received the wrong sunglasses and no one has responded to my emails for over 2 weeks.

It’s a scam. They took my money and I never received the sunglasses. They won’t respond to my emails. Do not give them your money. That site should be taken down!

Took the whole summer to receive my glasses, NEVERMIND they didn't even come! After I emailed them they refund me to a discarded temporary card. FACEPALM! Their logistics is all screwed, do not buy from here.

I accidentally gave a one-star review to ZeroUV before as I didn't check my email properly so it was my bad...hoping this will make it up for my mistake...I'm certainly be impressed by their efficiency and this is the second time I bought from them, 5 other glasses! You can't beat the price with such a great quality glasses from anywhere else! Highly recommended!!

I ordered 5 pairs on 19th May and was told 2-5 days. Its 2nd June and no sunglasses received. Sent 2 emails, no response. Not even acknowledgement. But they keep sending me mails on new deals. Shameful.

This company will send you tracking numbers without a product. It's on its way. They will have you waiting for absolutely Nothing. Save your time and money and visit a real store.

Not familiar with ordering on their website, but they're a vendor at Rodeo 39 in Stanton, CA. Purchased 4 super cute sunglasses, good quality especially for the affordable price. thank you!

I got the glasses in a week ( and this is from the US to Europe) but was a little disappointed in the quality and the size of the glasses. Calling women's wear for men's wear is not that good of an idea. If size, and picture examples wear more defined/if there were more of them, then it would have been 4 stars

I ordered here a month ago thinking I would have another great service but I was the exact opposite. To begin I bought 4 sunglasses and they all said they where in stock then I received an email saying its been shipped then 10 days later when they should have been at my house they email me saying one of my sunglasses where sold out and I needed to either email them which one I wanted or give me a partial refund. Are you kidding me I should be getting a full refund because I have yet to see one of my sunglasses appear on my font door.

Ho comprato due occhiali oversize che non trovavo da nessuna parte. Ordinati il 6 Agosto, arrivati esattamente due settimane dopo. Considerando che vengono dall'America, la spedizione è stata molto veloce. Uno lo farò diventare occhiale da vista. Sembrano resistenti e hanno superato le mie aspettative.

I ordered two shades almost over a month ago and still haven’t received anything.
The package arrived in Oslo, but them was SENT BACK to LA. wth?
Jusy do yourself a favor and dont buy from ZeroUV. Oh, annd costumer service? = BAD. Utterly BAD.

This company is criminal ! Don’t do any business with them !
I placed my order on the 10th of May and still have not receive it!!!!
I contacted customer service on numerous occasions and they responded once after 4 days with the generic email that had no update not apologise.
They need to be reported to trading standards for the criminal behaviour!

Certainly my worst online purchase to date. I ordered two glasses, one came the model I ordered with terrible quality and crooked the other came another horrible model that was not what I ordered. very dissatisfied
