We moved out of London but they will mail me my prescriptions. We have been ordering them for 3 years. I have only had 2 slightly annoying experiences with them in 3 years, that is realistic and reasonable as I was partly at fault too. Easy to contact. Easy to order from. Responsive. Helpful. We used the clinic as well. Also good. Lately I’ve been having a really hard time finding a medication I need and they were very very helpful which I really, deeply appreciate. If I don’t have this medicine, I don’t function, and there’s been a large shortage. They were very very helpful. Thank you Zen for three years of help.

I’ve visited the clinic twice and Noemi has been extremely helpful and attentive on both occasions. Furthermore her response to my my emails and phone calls is always prompt concise and detailed. I would highly recommend the clinic. Stephen

Noemi is a great nurse, very kind sweet and professional. We did vitamins and NAD iv. We did also full vitamins blood test and Micronutrient test.

I had an excellent IV treatment when I went last month, the person administering the treatment, Noemi, was very helpful and kind throughout the process. Would absolutely recommend them.

After having a tough experience with a dosage mix up this morning, I was personally called by the manager and was apologised to profoundly. The pharmacy has paid out of pocket for same day delivery of my medication and has given me future credits. Handled professionally and in the correct way. Would give 5 stars for this experience but am keeping in account the mix up, like I say the way it was handled was excellent.

Noemi was very helpful and took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. My treatment was carried out successfully and I left feeling happy and refreshed

The entire experience was very helpful and hassle free. It was very easy to find appointments at convenient times, which was a plus.

I went in to get a certain test. Noemi asked about my symptoms and why I was doing that test, then we discussed my health situation, and Noemi suggested other tests that could help us get to what was making me feel unwell. I did those, and Noemi helped me arrange a consultation with Dr. Yassine as well to discuss test results.

While doing the tests Noemi was very helpful and comforting at the same time. I also had to do an iron infusion, and Noemi was very helpful, and made sure everything was going well. Noemi kept checking my blood pressure every now and then as we did the infusion and made sure that I am aware of possible side effects, and made sure that I know to let her know if anything happened.

Also, the results came back very quickly, and Noemi called to discuss the results and further steps going forward, which was very comforting knowing that they are there for aftercare/ followup, and not just for the tests/ visits.

It was also very easy to call and arrange appointments, and ask questions which is not something you usually find when dealing with healthcare professionals.

Noemi, and everyone else I dealt with throughout the experience was very friendly, supportive, comforting, and professional. This made the entire experience very hassle free, and made me worry a bit less about my health situation!

I spoke with Noemi initially on the phone about IV sessions and she shared her recommendations on the best path forward to achieve my goals (e.g., fight jetlag, keep energy levels high, mental clarity, better sleep, etc). I discussed other recommendations that have been suggested to me. She walked me through her thoughts and reasoning behind them. That's what got me to move forward with the first consultation. I have now done several sessions, and couldn't be happier with her well informed suggestions, and practicality on what to focus on versus not. If it wasn't for that I wouldn't have continued beyond the first session. I feel exactly as the state I described I wanted to achieve! (e.g., MUCH better sleep and energy!)

Noemi was amazing! She made my first session smooth, comfortable, and answered patiently hundreds of my questions. It was a lovely experience and since it's my first, I couldn't tell yet the benefit. Can't wait to finish all my three sessions. Michelle was really helpful too when I was inquiring on the phone. Definitely 5 stars for Zen!

I had the pleasure of being looked after by Noemi while receiving a treatment at Baker street. Noemi was very caring during the whole procedure which lasted 7hours! due to my inability to receive the NAD+ infusion any faster. She even stayed past her working hours assuring me that there is no problem to make me feel at ease. Thank you Noemi!

I am visiting a friend regularly round the corner in hospital, I have popped round several times and found everything I need for him. The staff are kind, professional, knowledgeable and understanding. Such a great discovery. Highly recommend

Unbelievable service at Zen healthcare, Baker Street. Hasanan went above and beyond to ensure that I got my medication, even staying a few minutes past his shift! I was honestly so so grateful that he went out of his way to help me! Great customer service and will definitely be using again! Thank you Hasanan and Zen health care!

I asked for a blood test to know how many antibodies I had after having Covid a couple of month ago: I didn’t feel like having a booster again if it was necessary. The nurse On site, Noemi, took some blood with great care (I didn’t feel anything) and helped me understanding the results after asking for more info to the laboratory.

French & Overseas Clinic is a part of ZEN healthcare, be aware this not dermatologist specialist, just a GP doctors, who doesn't know anything about the Acne, I paid £80 for nothing, the doctor could not even wright a prescription as she has told me because of she is not dermatologist specialist. In their website ZEN says they have a dermatologist what a shame on you!!!!, just a way to steal money

My experience at ZEN pharmacy was very good. Noemi the nurse that did my MMR vaccine was very friendly, professional and very kind.

UPDATE:
Following their response on here which was clearly posted for the purposes of keeping up appearances and deceiving the public into believing that they are a reliable and ethical business that responds to customers swiftly, they have since ignored every message sent to them via WhatsApp despite having read them and failed to respond when asked for a refund for an order that they have taken payment for and that has not been delivered. Note: They respond almost immediately when it involves taking your money.

Be wary of using this money grabbing pharmacy to dispense medication as they have no consideration for the health and welfare of patients.
Their choice of courier failed to deliver urgently required medication and then this pharmacy claimed to bear no liability whatsoever for it with their amateur employees making statements such as "well according to us it has been delivered" and a line they love to use frequently as an excuse "the manager isn't in right now, there's nothing we can do" in order to get away with not doing their job as they should. They demanded that another costly prescription be issued and then they have the nerve to demand double payment for medication that has already been paid for and not received which their chosen courier delivered to a completely different address in a completely different area and this was clarified by a DHL manager who conducted an investigation and determined that the GPS location of the driver at the time he supposedly delivered the goods was completely different to that of the delivery address; and this is not the first time this has happened! They then went on to say they’d refund the double payment “if the misplaced package is returned” to them after being retrieved by DHL of which there is obviously no guarantee as the recipient to whom my package was delivered may not even answer the door or may deny having received the package at all! I should not have to bear the cost of their blunders as a customer who has paid for costly medication to be delivered urgently and has received nothing but immense stress and inconvenience in return!
The greedy b*st*rds running the Baker Street pharmacy could not care less about the health implications their blunders have on anyone and are only good at overcharging and turning a blind eye. They will try to fob you off in every way possible if you do not know your rights (and even if you do) all whilst acting as though they are doing you some kind of favour as they claim that they are not really liable for anything. For those unaware; The Consumer Rights Act 2015 clearly states that the trader is responsible for delivering the goods to the consumer within the agreed time frame (in this case, by next day delivery) without undue delay. The consumer is not liable to chase up the company's chosen couriers to determine the whereabouts of a package containing goods that they have been paid for should a package go missing. This can be confirmed by the Citizens Advice Bureau, The Consumer Council, Trading Standards and any lawyer/solicitor will reiterate this and this information can also be found clearly outlined on their websites. Any reputable company would not need to be told and would accept liability as they are legally obliged to do so. A consumer should not be required to educate these clueless, greedy buffoons who clearly have no idea of their own legal obligations, how to treat customers, how to run a business and what it entails!
I have filed a lawsuit against them, claiming back the payment I made for the medication that was not delivered to me as well as compensation for the stress and inconvenience caused and the aggravation of health conditions.

We got done here our antigen tests for travelling the following day. The two men were really nice and they realised the hole process perfectly. A perfect service and the certificates in order for travelling. Undoubtedly I would recommend anybody to do here their tests.
