I did not sign up with this company but clearly it is one of those bait and switch. They advertise like they have access to online employment (which any jobs they have you can locate online for free) and get you to join for $10 to have access to jobs. Yes, the same ones that are free if you have time to search. Only to slap you with an $85 subscription costs (make sure to always read the fine print) which is really to pay for their AI online courses. Consumer beware. Never pay to get work, legitimate business will provide equipment and tell you up front what kind of equipment you need to work for them and they will never make you pay anything up front unless they are Avon or Mary Kay. There are free sites where you can post your availability and services without paying a dime and still find online work from home jobs. I’m sorry people have lost money and now can’t get it back. You probably need to sue.

This company is a complete money trap. I attempted to cancel my subscription with no possible way of doing so until after they charged my bank the full $85.00. Now they are giving me half a refund. I don't know how companies like this are able to operate legally. If you aren't happy with the service and you've tried to cancel make sure you are getting your money back.

They’re a bunch of shitty scammers. First, they give you a 7-day free trial. At first, people who supposedly work in HR talk to you, but they don’t tell you what company they’re from. First, they ask you stupid questions, and then they just stop giving a damn about you. They give you access to courses that you can even take for free on YouTube. Out of nowhere, they charge you for the subscription without any warning. THIEVES.

My experience with Zenfy has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would rate them negatively — not even a single star.

I cancelled my subscription in June immediately after the incident and have not used the website or services since then. I am still waiting for my original R378 refund, which I have not received.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I have now been charged a further R337, despite having already cancelled the subscription.

I have contacted Zenfy regarding the outstanding refund and the additional debit, but this matter has still not been resolved.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this service carefully monitor their payments and keep records of their cancellation and refund requests.

I am currently escalating this matter through the appropriate channels and will continue pursuing the R378 refund and the R337 charge until the matter is resolved.

BBB will not rate and claim they are a "subscription trap". Banks should have them on a list. If your innocently looking for a career or new job BEWARE. All of the agencies have you check the box, right? Well Zenfy ( and the 100 other names they go by will sit in wait for your unemployment and grab it the second it gets there even at 4am. You will probably be asked for $1 to be put on a list and notified for remote AI jobs and given a fake list to apply to. You think it's$1 and what employment agency is a scam? THIS ONE IS!!!! IT AI SOLUTIONS IT WHATEVER THEY ARE TODAY . OH.. LET'S NOT FORGET FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS..( maybe they can teach you how to steal other people's money so you don't have to work, that's a solution right?
They got me . Yup.. Nate to admit it but theY GOT ME yes they did for half my UC check the second it was our on my card and overdrew my account by$46 on to if taking what was in there. ( Don't of that blame is on money network)

I recently joined Zenfy and so far it has been great and easy to use.

The whole company is a scam. They offer no jobs, training, or help finding a job. The whole thing is an off shore company running a scam on the internet. Don't sign up for anything. It is impossible to cancel. They just keep billing your credit card.

Zenfy feels like one of the biggest scam operations out there. You sign up for a 7‑day trial, and without any clear warning, you’re automatically enrolled into Monivate — a completely separate company that sells trading tools and financial training courses. This Monivate subscription is billed independently.

When you cancel Zenfy, they only cancel the Zenfy subscription. The Monivate subscription continues, and they quietly pocket that money. No transparency, no proper cancellation, and no accountability.

They offered a 7-day trial for $4. There was no mention of what would come after I just assumed I would cancel prior to that day and everything would be fine. However, immediately after taking out the $4 for my account through PayPal, they then proceeded to attempt to charge me $29.99. twice. Completely shady and fraudulent stay far away from these crooks.

Frauduleux, prenne plus d'argent dans ton compte que c'est sensé et ne veulent Pas rembourser, ça fait plusieurs fois que J'annule un abonnement mais continue de passer des sommes exorbitantes alors que ce n'étais pas ça le contrat!

I already left a 1-star feedback to this scam. They pretend to offer jobs, but when you chat with recruiter you just chat with AI bot. Now, after 1 month I deleted my account, they tried again to charge money from my card. SCAM and ILLEGIT
