After a month, I needed to update my review. The main reason is Zeevou's help. Their AI assistant Zee won't answer all the questions. The Q&A meetings are not 1-1( other people see your account), which I do not want. Zeevou cancelled the 1-1 session meeting.

Zeevou, which is a highly reliable, easy-to-use platform for managing short-term rental properties. It brings everything into one place, from bookings and guest communication to cleaning schedules and operations, which saves a lot of time and reduces mistakes.

The automation tools are especially helpful, and the system works well for hosts managing multiple properties. The support team is responsive and helpful, and they are always open to feedback and improvements.

Overall, Zeevou has made managing our short-let properties much more organised and efficient. I would definitely recommend it to anyone running serviced accommodation or short-term rentals.

Fantastic platform, I’m a new user but would highly recommend

Zeevou is a fantastic PMS. We currently run 20 properties and as we scale over the next few months to double the number we will be doing it with Zeevou as our PMS. Na’im and the support team are always on hand to solve any issues and were able to easily report bugs, issue or give feedback on updates. I have never known any product or app provide as much support as Zeevou do to their customers. The product is easy to use and the initial onboarding helped me to get my properties live and linked. They are updating and improving the product all the time with updates clearly communicated. You would be crazy to use anything else!

Zeevou is a great platform for hosts. It has all software you need to run a short term accommodation business. Founder himself is a host, so Zeevou is made by a host for hosts.
Zeevou network is the new addition to the family and the onboarding was pretty smooth. When I had any questions Founder himself helped me. I m not tech savvy person but managed to add all of my listings fairly easily. Process is straightforward.
It’s a JV partnership with hosts and listing platform. I can see great potential in this new venture and I wish Na”ím and Zeevou team all the best!

After several years in the short-term-rentals business and having used 3 other channel managers before, only to find myself frustrated and dissatisfied, I've just switched to Zeevou and I'm very impressed so far. The system feels slick and intuitive. It's capable of all the integrations I need. It has a comprehensive stack of features and you can use as many or as little as you like - just pay for what you need. It's priced at around half of what I've been paying on a different channel manager. Support is fantastic. The user guides are very detailed, and there's an AI chatbot in the portal that usually has the answers to my queries. It's quick and easy to escalate to a human if needed. The founder, Na'ím, has been supporting me in getting set up; always fast to respond and clearly values feedback. I'm excited to see how Zeevou can help my business grow this year, with better control of my listings and operations, and more direct bookings with a smoother guest experience.

I have been using Zeevou since I started my business in 2020. They have by far the best PMS system available. They offer many useful and industry leading features but one of the most valuable things to me is their on-line support. This is the reason I chose Zeevou 6 years ago and stayed with them. It is reliable, innovative and makes my life easier!

I've used this platform since September 2025 and the service has been amazing. If I need help the livechat is instant and they hold twice daily Q&A sessions for more involved queries. The platform has elevated my serviced accommodation business, giving me a direct booking website and automation that saves me so much time. It integrates with my accounting package too. I've recently started using Zeevou for my first two properties, and the setup has been really seamless.
