i bought an item from this store and after the payment, nothing happened, no receipt, not purchase confirmation, no tracking number and of course never receive the item. regretted for not coming trustpilot before the purchase. never buy anything from this store!!!!!
Never fulfilled orders
Never fulfilled two orders. Support email responses are unintelligible and ignore my questions. When I call they never answer and ignore all messages.
Product delivery is a thing of the past? (Refund now rec'd)
As of today the refund I requested of Zecoya IS being credited to my account, so they are reliable that way. I did waste a month waiting to get the product, now have to find another source.
Original review: I used this company once a few years ago without problems (for the same product) but now they seem to be all about charging without delivering. It's been more than a month and their "express delivery" has not materialized. Numerous communications with them haven't moved this delivery forward and repeated references to holiday backlogs are all they offer.

I ordered an item from them on December 10. Since I haven’t heard from them I decided to send a reminder email on January 3. They replied order still not ready!!!!!

If I could write a negative 10 review, I would. I purchased an Alpha Trak 3 glucose monitor for my cat. When I brought it to the vet for training, we realized I was sent a previously opened package. The seal on the box was cut, as well as the seal on the test strips. The instructions were torn. The battery was dead. Most importantly, the code cards required to set the monitor for the right pet were missing. Without the card, you can’t get an accurate reading, making the device useless. When I tried contacting Zecoya by phone, all I ever got was a voice mail message saying that they valued their customers. I left SEVEN messages over two months and have still not heard back. Are they even in business anymore? I will be escalating this to the BBB. The company is in Ontario, so that is where I will be lodging the complaint. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered on November 28th. I sent customer service 4 e-mails which always got the same "we'll try our best" response. I will initiate a chargeback.

If I could would give a zero. I am quite sure this company is not legitimate. My order for herbs has only been confirmed. Never shipped after two weeks. Their Customer Service number is not working? If you contact them email they do not bother to respond either. Without any hesitation you are on a subscription although you will never know because they are dishonest about that! They really do not care about customer service as they do no follow-up. Buyer beware this is I feel not areal company just a front for something else!

I order from these folks every six months for the last two years and it was great. I ordered and tracked the package using the tracking number given, but now they want you to download an app to track the package? WTF!? Who would bother to do that when no one else I deal would ask request such a stupid action, stupid because it goes against the ease of use for the customer experience. So, it's not going to happen with my ordering twice a year and if my package doesn't come in a week, I'm having Amex reverse the charge.
Talk about shooting themselves in the foot!
And to make things worse, whatever I place in the cart can't be process as an order from the cart.
Somewhere in the group, someone must have said, "Hey, I know how we can make the experience of ordering with us even worse. Let's make them work to track an item and let's make our cart useless," and the suggestion was answered with applause.
Useless generic support
Useless generic support, my order is not shipping and I need to be consistent with it. Now I will miss the dosage because this company is not sending the meds I need. Not sure if I got scammed since they got the $ right away but not sending the item that I bought!

I’ve sent dozens of emails to Zecoya support, and they told me they sent another package, but that’s false because it’s been more than 3 weeks and still nothing. On top of that, their tracking number doesn’t even work.
Terrible company, beware
Buyer, beware, don't even bother. If you're lucky enough to communicate with a representative, they just lie anyway. They're really quick to take your money and that's the only thing they do fast.
My order was taking so long to be delivered. I asked for a refund. I was told it would be a place I applied in a few days. It never happened a month later.The order showed up.I'd already bought it from someone else. I tried several times calling. I couldn't even leave a message. All I got was a message saying, there are no representatives working right now. I've ordered from them several times and never had a good experience. If they're missing something from your order rather than tell you they just leave you hanging, no communication. This is the worst company. I think I've ever dealt with.

If you have patience and dont go by the shipping time on the website you will be pleasantly surprized. Expect 1-3 weeks.

Today is July 29th. I placed an order on July 8th and it still hasn’t shipped. I sent one email and left two voice messages with Zecoya’s customer service and haven’t received a reply.
Additionally, there doesn’t appear to be a way to cancel my unshipped order.
I wish I had read the customer reviews before placing my order.
So disappointed in this Canadian company.

Fake scamming website
Avoid this website like the plague. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! You will never receive your package. Never shipped package and I waited 10 days to get a reply back from the person who deals with emails. Very unprofessional and do not recommend dealing with these people. If I could I would give 0 stars. Seriously they're this bad. I buy from online stores all the time and this was the first scam website I unfortunately fell victim to. Buyer beware!

I discovered zecoya on the SHOP app
I discovered zecoya on the SHOP app, i was looking for a specific hair vitamins and found it on zecoya as the lowest price ever, ordered from them a 3 month supplements which is a LOT of money, and i did that twice or 3 times i don't really remember, but every time my package arrives super fast and in a very good condition, i'm glad i didn't see these bad reviews before dealing with their website as i would be afraid to order 😂
BTW the product that i usually get from them is out of stock now, and i saw the hebron nutrition website but saw bad reviews and i'm scared to order, anyone would tell me if it's legit or not?
Will never shop on Zecoya again
I placed an order on May 16 for items that were reported to be in stock with 1 day processing time. Yet days onward nothing was shipped, flagged it with the customer service they created a courier order but nothing sent despite a week lapsed. Patience runs out, reached out to CS again to request for a refund. Thankfully the refund debited into my card. I'd classified this as a semi-scam site without credibility. Don't trust their words on their site. Extremely unreliable service.

I placed an order with Zecoya on May 12, 2025. I waited for several days with no update from them. I tried to contact customer service multiple times but received no response at all. Finally, on May 22, ten days later, I got a brief message saying my order had been canceled — with no proper explanation or apology.
This is completely unacceptable. The customer service is nonexistent, the communication is terrible, and I’m left with nothing after waiting all this time. I do not recommend this company at all, and I will never order from them again.
I hope my review helps others avoid the same frustration.
