The team at Zea Developments are quick, easy and gives support when required. They are quite possibly the best in the game (quite literally).

These are the best people if you have a problem they will take a look if that not works they are willing to join your server to see what the problem is so for me thats the best service you can give to your customers For me the problem was the siren for Z_els that needed a fix and now everything works

RJ was brilliant answered my ticket within a few mins and had the exact answer and more!

We were initially very happy with Zea Development and had planned to continue buying their scripts. Unfortunately, our recent experiences with their customer support completely changed our opinion.

We opened a support ticket because we needed help troubleshooting an issue. Instead of receiving constructive assistance, we were met with dismissive and sarcastic responses such as "Then you're doing something wrong, it works for me." When we pointed out that we were in the support channel specifically because we needed help, the responses remained unprofessional.

In the end, we solved the issue ourselves without any meaningful assistance. This wasn't an isolated incident either. Another support ticket from a member of our team had previously been closed without a proper resolution, which further reinforced the feeling that customer concerns were not being taken seriously.

The quality of the scripts may be good, but customer support is just as important. Based on our recent experiences, we have decided not to purchase any more Zea Development products.

We sincerely hope they improve their communication and customer service in the future, because the current level of support does not reflect what paying customers should expect.

I’m a developer for a server owner who owns the Zea Development z_aerial script, along with a few others. The owner went on LOA so I could not access any of the keymasters, or the z_auth ID I needed, so I’ve went ahead and opened a ticket and they were all very helpful. Told me simply because of security reasons they cannot provide me with the ID, and then gave me a solution on how to go around it. Unfortunately, I had to wait for my server owner BUT— they took extremely good note of my comment and said they could probably add in a “Developer” section in the Zea Portal. Thank you Zea Development!

Great product, had trouble setting up and the response in tickets was rapid!! Other suppliers you can wait days, this was sorted in under an hour...cant fault them.

This FiveM development team were incredibly helpful when I explained that my CFX Keymaster had been stolen. They understood the situation and offered me a bundle order, allowing me to get the same assets that I had previously owned. Their support was professional, understanding, and greatly appreciated.
