Great helper Izzy and Mike were . I had lights from Zanuii 2 years ago and in cleaning them had a breakage! Zanuii were still able to get me replacement parts and were vv helpful thru the replacement process. I have found all the customer service easy and prompt in all my purchases I have made over time.

Less than three years ago we bought a large Hartest-range outdoor dining table from online provider Zanui, which described the table, made from Malaysian shorea hardwood, as being of "impressive strength" and durability. It was also described as weather-resistant and water-resistant, and made from material used to construct boats and bridges, "so that you can enjoy the outdoors worry free". After three years of minimal use in our outdoor patio, the table last month collapsed, without provocation and without any weight on it at all. The table simply fell to pieces, with planks from the table top sagging from pulpy rotted joints, then collapsing. The resulting useless pile of rubble had to be thrown away, of no repairable use at all. At a cost of $A500-plus, the table fell far short of expectations and claims. In contrast, I previously had an outdoor hardwood eucalyptus table in the same position and in the same weather conditions, and that table lasted for over 20 years, with minimal upkeep. Buyers beware!

I recently purchased a sofa cover which unfortunately did not fit, they are notoriously difficult to fit correctly. The process to return/ refund the item was so seamless and quick, fantastic customer service and support! It helps to buy with confidence when you know that if it doesn’t quite work out, there is a quick and efficient resolution.

We bought a Farm to Table Play Kitchen by Kidkraft for our daughter. The best purchase ever, the kitchen is super cute.
Unfortunately one of the part arrived broken so we contacted Zanui. Their customer service is beyond amazing. It’s been a pleasure to deal with you. Thank you so much for your help and organising the replacement part. We highly recommend Zanui.

We received our Solomon 6 Drawer Chest in perfect condition. As we were away when delivery as expected, Mike kept us informed, so we felt very relaxed and confident that everything would turn out, and it did. Thank you Mike.

I find it peculiar that a store with great customer service and lovely things to sell would choose to ship goods with a company that has thousands of 1 star reviews.
After receiving 2 deliveries of rubble, I insisted that next time I be allowed to pick up my purchases from the depot. I recommend this to anyone purchasing anything that could conceivably be damaged.
There was a lot of emailing but I'd say that Mike has a very pleasant manner and he sorted that out with the courier and all ended well.

The Zanui website was very easy to navigate. We ordered the VIP Pet Sleep Pad, Colour Picker Grey, Size Picker Small, and it was an excellent quality product but unfortunately too small for Doug's bed. Mike from Zanui Customer Care was terrific and assisted us with our query in a friendly and professional manner. We highly recommend this company.

The table is beautiful that I purchased but unfortunately the outside courier company did not take care of it and damaged it Mick quickly resolved the situation and refunded me an amount that was suitable.

I ordered an item from Zanui, which arrived faulty. I contacted the customer service, and Mike resolved the issue very quickly and professionally. I am very happy about his service.

Advertised 4 drawer diamond pattern buffet in white on website for $770 and when I tried to order it was three times the price. False advertising at its worst.

Have just heard back and been told they have no control over advertising…. what a load of hogwash…. beware of this company…. no ethics!!
After writing this review they have now changed price back to original price… what a rubbish company.
