My first pair of Zach trainers, delivery came very quick but were unfortunately too big. I emailed to asked for an exchange which was no issue at all. Outstanding customer service! Correct size have now arrived and they look fab & very comfy!

Had heard of the brand Zach but didn’t know much. Can not believe how gorgeous the trainers are, and the unboxing experience was extra special with all the little extras. Everything feels extremely premium. Delivery was less than 2 days. Overall great experience.

Beautiful pair of shoe. Quality of material is 10/10. They feel heavy whem you hold them but when you wear them they feel so light and steady. Not to forgert the extra height they add, definetly buying another pair

I’ve just purchased two pairs of the reflect runner, as I wasn’t sure which colour I liked more.
The design and quality of these shoes are second to none. They are very comfortable, and look great with a pair of jeans. I could not be happier!
I owned the navy perpetual runner for over a year, and with a bit of a clean with the sneaker wipes you receive, they came up like new.
I will not be looking elsewhere for my shoes in the future. Fantastic company Zach.
