Helpful software. Inconsistent accuracy. Save error issues.

As someone with ADHD, this software has been life changing. I am still caution about AI and of course it doesn't always get everything I say, but boy does it get close and it is very helpful. I use a family systems approach and Emotion Focused Couples Therapy and the way it writes it.. is true and accurate to my models I use. Even if I slip into a more CBT type of session, it will generate the note accordingly and use the correct terms.. I love that so much!! This is truly an amazing use of AI and I hope it continues to grow. I only use the dictation form.. I have not had a full session being recorded.. not sure if I will ever feel comfortable with that just yet.

So user friendly and increidibly helpful in allowing me to streamline my notes, get out of my head about how to write them, make appropriate adjustments (we can't and shouldn't be relying entirely on AI for these notes!) and offers some perspective in interventions and treatment planning. Customer service has also been FANTASTIC.

Overall, I find the product to be very useful. Not having to be distracted as much with notes does help maintain a greater level of concentration on the client which is invaluable. The time saved or not having to type out every single line of every note is an absolute blessing. While I think the program could still use some improvements as far as accuracy, overall, it's probably running 90+ percent at this point.

Extremely reliable, produces great notes, and insights!

I have tried all of the AI programs for notes. This one is by far the user friendliest and best priced, giving me access to treatment plans, notes in many formats to choose from, and a transcript for each session. It also describes the interventions I use in session and how the client responded to them. It's also able to determine if it is a couples session, discerning the two clients from each other. Highly recommend: It is like having a little sidekick supervisor sitting in on a session.

Yung Sidekick makes progress notes a breeze. It is as easy as press record and the Ai does the rest. Cut and paste and your ready for billing. I get progress notes, client notes, SOAP, inculding a client story with a psycological profile, client progress and treatment plan at a reasonable price. Best clinical Ai on the market!

Yung has given me so much extra time when it comes to writing notes. I am able to multitask while talking a summary of my note and completing a note takes at least half the time with wording that sounds much more clinician than even I am able to write. Yung has really helped organize my thoughts into a compliant note for insurance. Thank you!

This software does more than any other AI notetaking software I've ever used, and I've shopped around a bit. Getting prepared for sessions has never been easier, and I really enjoy how it creates treatment plans for me! Easily saves me about 15 hours a month, which is 100% worth the cost!

This is a great resource; saves time, and I can listen more deeply and be more present with my clients because I don't have to think about taking detailed notes. Customer service is amazing.

So far so good. I love having the notes generated for me. I do add a bit of editing and refinement where I feel needed but otherwise an incredible time saver. My only issue is having a couple sessions not record correctly or the audio not being picked up on a video session but it still managed a halfway decent report. All in all would recommend.
