ordered product in late June and have had nothing but excuses and platitudes from company when I contact them.

Ordered late June,no delivery just crap emails blaming Covid 19 for delays.
Can't believe I was stupid enough to think this was real, but was excited for my daughter's birthday which has since passed.
Case opened with PayPal so hoping for money back...

I have ordered a jet body board wrote to them the money was taken out by dream pop store the email was sent by yukikii and still nothing not impressed

I ordered a childs Pop up play tent on the 6th June money went out on 8th June but still no tent, I have tried and tried to get hold of these people to ask for my tent or a refund but no luck, I keep getting emails from them saying I have still got items in cart,each time I try to email back, I get the same one back, I have now come to the conclusion that this is one BIG BIG SCAM.

Ordered on july 3rd. Was told 7-10 days and they still wont give me back my money. Ive been lied to several times. I dont think im getting my order or my money back. Dont trust this company.

They entice you with items that are at more than reasonable prices so you take the risk. If a deal seems too good to be true it usually is, wish I had employed that logic before I checked out aaarrrggghhh. Got a case open with PayPal, will see if that goes anywhere

Ordered on the 12th July and the only confirmation I got was from PayPal for my payment, it says product will be shipped within 4 days but I’ve heard nothing so I emailed today both on Facebook and the contact on the website with yet no reply. Safe to say I’m a bit worried I’ve been scammed. I usually know better to check these unknown sites out too before ordering.

I ordered on June 8th 2020. I haven’t received an email yet on the status of my order. I emailed them 3 times already with no response. I’m calling my bank to dispute these charges!!

My order was placed at June 16th, and until now isn't shipped. I asked for a refund but i had no response. Instead, they sent me an e-mail that said that my product was on the way, when i asked for a tracking number, of course they didn't respond. The name they used was YUKIKII. Scam.
